    Still rolling stock baby....
Made a couple racks of baby backs today. One rack the usual and the other I tried something different. When it came time to wrap them in foil I hit one rack with some sweet butter, brown sugar and honey. Damn they turned out pretty darn good. Anyway here are some pics of when they were done. Sorry no prep or on the smoker pics today....

I have the performer , but still in the box. No point getting it out until we don't get a ft of snow. 7 day forecast is in the 80's next weekend, :cookiemonster:

Komodo's are a heirloom to be past down for a few generations.

I got the performer on clearance for under $200, it has the table. under $200 was my price and when I saw it dropped I jumped. The WSM I got in Feb and an have been realy impressed.

Those pit barrel cookers look interesting. and a Komodo is a awesome grill/smoker/cooker.

This is an authentic Japanese "Kamado". I saw a lot of them during my 4+ year stay in Japan. The "Komodo Joe " is a very good nice looking expensive knock off of the Japanese version.

Very old and still in use:

Would you rather buy a "wool" blanket from WalMart or a handmade wool blanket made in Oregon from Pendleton?? The Komodo Joe is well worth the money. It's all about the ceramics.

Dang those ribs look good. Heck I'd take a bite out of my own fist if you lathered it with brown sugar, sweet butter and honey bbq sauce.
