I do. I really liked it on my Tbss. It was weirdly satisfying knowing you were keeping all that oil out of the intake system.

My Tbss was high compression and would ping sometimes with the tune i had. I added the can and cooler thermostat trying to combat this.

Whats the worst thing that could happened beside potentially voiding the warranty? if it throws up some code we just undo everything and clear it. I dont think it will cause any serious damage.

I still like 2 separate can idea. Or leaving the crankcase alone and just doing the one off the vavle covers. The crankcase seems more for boosted setups with a lot of blow-by.

I don’t see how it could void warranty. But that’s why I wouldn’t want to change the routings of the original design. Just intercept, catch, prevent excess oil from being burned off. Then recycle it instead of burn it off into the air.

I am running the ADD W1 catch can on my 2016. Used the same one on my 2005 Tundra. Works great. Empty it every oil change. It's amazing the amount of vapor turned oil it collects.

3/8" SAE R9 hose wrapped in thermotec heat shield. Spliced the PCV hose in the middle, attached new hose with two barb fittings. The PCV hose ends weren't quite 3/8" ID and were quite irregular, so I just cut it in the middle and the center was actually 3/8". Very odd.

The PCV hose. It's the hard to see and grab hose running from the crankcase to the intake manifold. The entire hose isn't more than 8 inches long but is mildly rigid.

Ok so not the hoses from the top of the valve covers that lead to the intake tube? You intercepted the one drom the crankcase to intake manifold.

We may be talking about the same hose. There is only 1 PCV hose on these trucks. It's under the big 5.7 engine cover and wrapped in that greenish foam, which makes it hard to access.

I almost Guarantee it’s less then the price of a tundra ;) I MIGHT spend as much on the 4runner as I bought my tundra for. The last 4 runner (punkin, the one I rolled) I spent around 5 grand on it to have it where it was. This one might have that much in it
