I am thinking about picking up a rear sway bar. My truck is a 2018 limited Tundra with no lift.
I like the looks of the Hellwig sway bar over the TRD.

The Hellwig has a two offerings one for stock height and one for 2-4” of lift.

I may get a 3” lift in 6 months. The Hellwig is supposed to be adjustable. How is it adjustable and which one should I order?

    Thanks,
    JD

It is adjustable in the linkage here's a picture.

You can also move the linkage between 3 different mounting holes on the sway bar it's self for a more stiff ride.

Ok, thanks for responding. Are you using the standard sway bar (7692) and not the one for lifted trucks (7889)?
I want to make sure the sway bar I install now when I don't have a lift, will work if I put 1 3" lift on later.

Just an FYI. The TRD sway will work on a 3" lift. It just angle up.

    Ok
Ok. I’ve seen a few builds using the trd sway bar on lifted trucks. I just don’t dig the red.

Looks like the Helwig has more to offer. I've seen lots of painted sway bars. You just gotta get whichever one makes you happy.

Has anyone used the 7692 with 3” lift?

Or has anyone used the 7889 with no lift?

I love the TRD sway bar.. makes the ride smoother and the truck isnt a boat for DD..
Quick unbolt when going off road.

Do you unbolt the entire sway bar or do you just do the links. If so what do you do to tie it up and out-of-the-way.
