SOLD - Selling Spyder Headlights with LED’s / 2014 Tundra ***150.00***

I picked up a new set of 2018 OEM LED headlights and have decided to sell my Spyders. They are a little over a year old. I had HID’s in them and I really liked them, but then when my local stereo shop stuck LED’s in them I didn’t like them as well...that is why I went to the new LED’s.

Do these have DRL? I assume the LED tube is DRL but I recall some spyders the tubes are just parking lights.
Like you, I have a platinum and would like to still have LED DRL with new lights.
If so if like to call dibs. Not sure where you are but I'm in CT. Headlights are not cheap to ship normally

Does the white tube stay on when headlights are on auto during the day?
Also the auto adjusting motor isn't compatible with these?

You can make these DRL with DIY. I made mine DRL and it also blinks when the turn signal is on.

 

Cam leveling motor me modded?

Very interested. Especially if DRL can be wired up and leveling motors can be added...but neither are deal breakers

If I get these, I'll add my leveling motors, figure out how to use the LED tube as DRL's/ blinkers maybe. Ill see how the LED bulbs are but will likely add an HID kit, I think toytec has a kit? Definitely hoping this works out and I can upgrade my crummy OEM lights on a budget.

 

I don't tow much at all so probably don't need leveling motors, would be nice to keep the function though. Sometimes in nighttime traffic I point them down a little to be nice

There is a thread somewhere. But it is actually very intuitive and I was able to put the leveling motors in mine pretty easily. I also saw the mod for the DRL + the LED light, I just never got around to it and don't remember where I saw it. But it is a neat feature and would be cool to have.

DRL is basically connecting some wires that are colored differently For both right and left headlight.

I didn’t start the thread for it but updated an existing one. I will see if I can find it somewhere.
