Entune Unable to load phone contacts

I am unable to get my phone contacts to load. It gets about 2/3 of them loaded the comes up with an error message saying there is a problem with one or more of my contacts. I called the tech line and they told me it's because my contacts have email address' in them. I have went through and cleaned up a bunch of my contacts, still doesn't work. Anyone else had this issue?

 

Android, Samsung S5 to be exact. The weirdest part is when it tries to load contacts it shows number of contacts but the total it shows is more than I have on my phone, at least that I can find.

 

I have all those turned off except gmail contacts. Tried turning that off also, didn't help

 

Yeah done that a couple times, i am about to do a reset on my phone, so i can manually enter contacts. I'm out of ideas

 

I've got the S5 and don't have that problem. Not sure if the email addresses are in there or not, guess I'll have to check oh I use the S5 contacts.

 

I too have a Samsung Galaxy S6...I'm not real tech savy so the salesman downloaded my phone for me. Worked well but when we began to add "favorites," it omitted my wife as a contact...can't seem to find the "add contacts" button le alone the "add to favorites."

 

Yeah, I also have an S5 with no issues noted to date, though I don't use my phone a lot while driving.
