    3” lift, black step bars, aftermarket wheels, LT305/55R20 was this way when I brought it.
    will a 2013 Toyota Tundra crew-max bed fit on a on a 2015 Toyota Tundra Crew-max. are the beds the same or is there many changes.

    If I were you I would measure the dimension on the outside and , especially take good measurements where the mounting bolts are. I believe the bed is the same except for the design of the tail gate and tail lights, so you will need all that stuff as well.
