    EXTANG SOLID FOLD 2.0

I usually don't go bad mouthing companies or customer service. :argue:
After 3 phone calls and 4 emails I am still waiting on Extang customer service to honor their warranty. IMO they should send me a new tonneau or repair this one. I noticed this within 30 days of ownership and contacted their customer service department. On one of the phone calls I felt like they were trying to blame me for damaging the tonneau and dismiss my concerns. I guess I can see that argument, but that's the wrong answer IMO.

The tonneau panel started separating at the right side from just folding it - like it's designed to do, fold!?!. Once it started to separate it split completely apart. Either the channel is bent or was never straight?

Nothing worse than bad customer service.

Update***** called yesterday and asked to speak to a manager. Explained my frustration:annoyed: about the lack of response. Sent a few more photos over last night and today they asked for my address/contact info. It's beginning to sound like they will send a replacement tonneau. :amen:

It's nice when people/companies do the right thing. Sucks that you had to go through all the trouble, but I'm glad it worked out in the end.
