ok so long story short, I purchased the grill insert about a month ago. I received it on November 22. Once I opened the box, I noticed that the "TOYOTA" script color was wrong (suppose to be paint matched MGM) I contacted them about correcting the order and they said they would get with me right away. Said "we will just send you an entire new grill insert" which is great. but this left me to speculate, what the hell am I suppose to do with two inserts?

I called yesterday and told them I was a little frustrated that I hadn't received my corrected product yet, but I was understanding that they were busy due to holidays. as of this morning, he has taken down my info again and will hopefully ship today.

The insert has never been mounted, unwrapped only for pics and placed/packaged back in the box.

As of now, I am looking to sell the grill insert. From the shop they go for $890 for the backlit option.

I'm willing to wheel and deal, but looking to get in the neighborhood of $650.

Im guessing it would take roughly $100 or so to ship it do to it being made out of steel, it is decently heavy, but we can cross that bridge if we ever make it there.

don't get me wrong, badass grille, badass product. but so far, less than satisfactory customer service.

if you mess up and order, no matter how big or small, that order should become top priority. period.

 

At least they send you the correct replacement for free and if you sell the one you already have your new grille costs you next to nothing. Can't beat that deal!

 

yeah that's the hopes of it at least. for now, its a waiting game

I sold that awhile back. I just have the all black grill insert for now. but I will be selling.

also have a bumper at home I have yet to get the brackets for. so I just have a bunch of expensive shit laying in my apartment that I cant put on the truck lmao

I had a bunch of parts setting and waiting finally got those put on. My new wheels are now waiting for the new tires it is never ending. Lol
I think it was @joem1cha3l that was having the trouble you are with the grill.
