Just wanted to throw out my experience of buying the 2018 and see if anyone else has had this issue. It took a week to notice (actually wife noticed first) but my front bumper was crooked from the factory. The passenger side of it had more space between the grill and the top of the bumper than the driver side did. I could get my fingers in between the bumper and grill on passenger side and could not on driver side. It was at least a half inch difference. When I took the truck back to the dealership they were all just as confused as I was. Turned out there were 3 other trucks in the parking lot that were just like mine. They had to keep it a few days and get a Toyota rep involved but I got my truck back a few days later and they fixed it for free. So if your a new owner of a 2018, take a look at your bumper and see if it is crooked.

That's good they took care of it
On another thread someone mentioned the bed was off on the 3rd gens, so I checked mine and it was a little off too but not enough to do anything about it  you can't really tell unless you look really hard :burp:

My rear bumper is crooked too. There's a bigger gap between the body on the passenger side. I'm taking back to the dealer tomorrow.

Sounds like my old Titan! You got me wondering so I went into the garage to check my '18... The passenger side has a slightly larger gap than the driver side, but maybe only 1/8" or so.

No problem, nuts are 14mm (long socket needed) if I remember correctly.

Mine was too. About 1/4" high on drivers side. Must be those slanty eyed engineers. Easy fix. Did it when I installed light bars

Much more common to find this problem on non-white trucks. The Super White, Super Fine, Super Fast Tundras rarely have the problem, starting their lives so close to perfection. Just saying...

Did you adjust the front bumper by loosening the nuts that hold it to the frame or did you go in through the front?

My 2017 is a bit off on the front bumper as OP noted and also the rear :facepalm:I'll post up some pics tomorrow. Wondering if I can just realign it myself since I'm at 35K miles I doubt the dealer will do much.

I did mine when I replaced grill and headlights. Pop the grille off and the plastic pieces under headlights to get access to bolts.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. The plastic piece under the drivers side headlight might get repaired then at the same time (freeway debris chipped/marked up the paint on that panel)

My truck came with the 3M protective film on front of the truck. Glad it did as it has already saved from a few rock chips.
