Doesn’t make sense but whatever works. From what I remember, I’ve got the gauge ground and the pro cable ground but it’s been 6+ months since I’ve hooked it up.

The part that baffles me is the coming & going, electrical things work or don't in my experience. If I didn't have it wired right, it should never work.

Thanks, hopefully I am good now.

IDK, but I'd be starting to consider replacing every fuse in my truck after your most recent fiasco. If it was never an issue, and now it is, there was clearly some sort of event that you are still addressing, and if it was a co.lromised fuse then, it just seems relatively quick and easy to rule that out.

Here is the fuel system mods summary that I am considering:
    1. Electronic fuel pressure gauge and sensor (Innovate or GlowShift) TBD
    2. DW300 fuel pump
    3. 650cc Injectors
    4. In Tank FPR mod
    5. 6AN supply to each bank and return
    6. AN fittings for fuel psi gauge / EFI adapter
Stock fuel rails should be ok for the above?

    Other areas of interest:
    1. Fuel pressure regulator (recommended?)
    2. Hewitt Air Injection bypass (vs mod )
    Any recommendation?

Why the 6an lines? The factory lines don’t seem to be a restriction especially with the small injectors (same size I run). If I was gonna go through the hassle of new lines I’d be bumping to 8an. Heck I run 8an on my 383 and it’s NA. Forced induction I want a much larger line to make sure A) it flows more than enough and B) can act as a reservoir for immediate fuel dumps.

Either in tank fpr or adjustable fpr..
When you have your full rails out remove the bevels to maximize flow, Matt Smith mod, from 4firemandan's setup. I just used a step drill and flushed/blew out passages.
If you have the time and $$ do the full Hewitt bypass.

8AN supply with 6AN return is nice and you only have to cut fuel supply basket nipple and install a 8AN bulkhead hangar to have no restrictions. Some kept the stock 5/16 nipple to 8AN for supply but id rather not have it necked down from the start. Stock and 6AN seems adequate for our application.

Oh I’m sorry. I thought this was the general supercharger thread. Not the general adequate thread.

    I kid I kid.

For the extra 1/16”, I’d stick with the stock stuff until I could prove the lines are causing issues. Don’t think the juice is worth the squeeze. I think the fpr and modified rail would suffice.

Now, what I just realized in re-reading, is he’s going to feed each rail independently. I’d still step up to -8 but feeding each rail independently straight from the pump and running the fpr on the return side will ensure plenty of fuel flow to the rails and help stabilize any sudden pressure drops that may occur.

    How I have my system set-up and it seems adequate...with 6an supply:p

I'm with @centex, fuel lines are a waste imo until you're pushing huge fuel, but 650s are nowhere near that point. Not going to hurt anything, and if you're deleting FFV stuff that's a different story, but otherwise waste of money imo. And if you're bracing for future fat boi injectors I would go over AN6 so you're nowhere near limiting them ever, AN6 isnt very big.

Great info! Thanks everyone for this excellent information. It helps me a lot. Now I have a better idea of where to start and what to look for when more fuel supply is needed. Jesse is also testing in that area. I'll post updates as I progress with the setup. Thanks again, it's much appreciated!

How do you get 19 "extra" credits?

Truth can't (usually) be argued with.

Don't get me started on the BMW "worth" vs what I have in it. I don't want to know.

My buddy owns a performance shop down the street from me and I let him use my MPVI when he needs it. He ususally tunes higher end cars so didn't really need his own if he can just snag mine when he needs it. I think he just preloaded a bunch of credits on it.
