Underseat Storage Bolt

I was lucky to purchase a used OEM under seat storage bin for my 2014 double cab Tundra. Unfortunately it only came with one star shaped fastening bolt. Does anyone know the part # or possible alternative?

Went to dealership and they looked at me like I was insane.
