This thing is out of sight so I didn't even catch it to test/inspect. Told the tech/mech doing my brakes to check on it when he replaces my PCV.
Thanks all. I'm fairly certain this is it.

    The problem is

    one end is one diameter

the other end is another diameter

hence the need for a pipe band

ahh that explains it lol. WTF Harrop.

Anyone know the nipple OD and the hose ID?

I don't know what dimension this is: Re-connect the PCV hose to the Ø10 hose barb under the supercharger inlet cover.

It’s likely 10mm, or roughly 3/8 hose. I just added an additional small hose clamp and snugged it up. I don’t recall an issue per se, may have been chasing the p0101 when I addressed it but I'm not sure that was the culprit. I just know I was not satisfied with how it fit.

Jumping in real quick to share a recent experience:

I had the full SPD exhaust (single-cat downpipes + cat-back) which I loved, until I started towing a travel trailer/toy hauler. It was just too loud, so I decided go with OEM style.

Ultimately I went with BRExhaust (MagnaFlow) as it was cheaper than Toyota - even after the 4th of July 20% off at Anderson Toyota - and marketed as "OE direct-fit replacement". It fit beautifully and was whisper quiet in the cab.

Unfortunately, it was no match for the volume of exhaust due to the supercharger, and it let go at 9psi of boost. I had smashed the gas to pass someone and the canister went BOOM. Ironically, I had just left a forum members house after selling him the SPD cat-back.

I'm sharing this because I'm aware of a couple of people with supercharged Tundra's considering quieter exhaust. I'm not sure if OEM would have held up better, but it certainly highlights the volume of exhaust gases getting smashed out of the system.

I've wondered about my OEM exhaust with my boost, but it's been on for nearly 100k miles...I max out at the occasional 6.5psi...hmmm, this is good insight...thanks for sharing your wild experience!

Get rid of the restrictions and let it rip!
At certain points my exhaust is loud, someday I'll quiet it down. I'm told I'm sometimes deaf. Selective listening or years exposed to high frequency noise from diesels?:D

A quiet and free flowing exhaust are in my "someday" plans. Considering long tubes, OEM cats, resonators, going to a single 3.5" quiet flow muffler. Either axle or bedside dump.

It's funny you say that today> I noticed that my TRD cat back sounds different since I installed the SC. Normally it's to hot to drive with the windows down, but it was 77 this morning and really nice at 5am on my way to work. I was thinking it might be starting to come apart..I guess time will tell. I have another one in the shed if it does, with all the other extra parts..

Bedside exit will be a lot quieter than axle dump.

Not sure I agree, only because my last 2002 S/C 4.7 Tundra had bed side exhaust, and it wasn't by any means quiet
Maybe because it was the 3 chamber flowmaster,,,,:rofl:?????

After sitting in the Panda "express" drive through for 25 minutes IAT was reporting 150 (114 ambient) highest I have ever seen in the Sequoia, I got these DTCs

I flushed the coolant 6x more (now at 10) mostly coolant & water wetter came out but there was some oil. I also restored the original Magnuson reservoir.

All the codes except the damn secondary air clear, it comes back immediately & if I clear it when the truck is running the motor dies. It's in super limp mode while the code is there

Can HP Tuner tune it out? If so can anyone tell me how as sniv is out of town.

If not can I get the Hewitt kit & just do the wiring harness part? I really don't want to mess with the blockoff.

I just can't get a break OH, and to prove that, I got a Federal Jury summons today. KMN

Until sniv returns I can disable codes if you want. Usually limp mode is not enabled on the tune. How are air pump connections, passenger fender? Check the power connectio s by dipstick and drivers connection by fuse block.

I did a test when my I/C pump was disabled at 88deg F. I ran 2 WOT runs and had knock retard in the 5's and 2 events in 6's which was not present with normal lower temps. Also happened around 3500-4000rpm. Wonder how you guys in the heat deal with it?

Whatever this forum told me to do
    Same

my Trd cat back changed sound with the s/c

    it’s holding up quite nice

Grok said it was good for ~550 hp

My unprofessional uneducated guess is a dual exhaust is more better
