I live in So Cal so car theft and cat theft are rampant. I’m all in on cat shields…. What about kill switches? How many use them? Like them? Recommend them?

You don't need a kill switch. If they want it bad enough they will just tow it.

Back during my muscle car building days I ran an ignition kill switch and a fuel cutoff when using an electric fuel pump. I don't live anywhere close to town or civilization for that matter so I don't bother with either anymore.

After reading the thread, there isn’t much in there and it didn’t answer my questions. Maybe it isn’t a thing for Trundra owners as much as it is for RAV4 owners. (wife’s car)

I mean, at the end of the day if someone wants your truck or a part, they are going to take it. All you can really do is slow them down enough to where it's too much of an effort for them and they will just move on to the next vehicle.

There was a promo code when I bought the switch which brought it down to under $100 shipped.
