Let's see your first gen - photo thread

I'd say 80 on 20 off, I do a lot of driving usually just on regular roads, I do encounter a fair share of rain & snow, for off road I usually just encounter rocky & muddy trails. I want to be able to go on the beach without the worry of getting stuck or in some bad mud, or slipping on ice/rain.

 

I hate that tire. If you want an MT my vote is Yokohama geolandar mt. If you want an AT I say Toyo at3. Ridge grapplers do really well imo as well.

 

I'd say any reputable tire company's all terrain tires then.

Skip the Goodyears. Never met a Goodyear I liked. Toyos for long wear. Coopers for USA and some good pricing in some versions.

I bought mine Aug 2006 and it's still alive and well. I was a long-time lurker until I was required to join to access the wiring diagrams.

Anyone running Weld Racing wheels on their rig. Always been a fan of the forged polished wheels.

 

Nah, they're kinda cool. I just don't like having to treat them like royalty.

 

if not for the locals and semi locals in our crew at T2S asking us to do so, I'd have just lived by the golden rule. Treat em good enough, until one wants to be rude the treat em all like they don't exist.
Chop the top and delete the rear seats and you got a pretty cool pickup, reminiscent of a Scrambler.
