Yours is excellent, nice to see a sibling truck! Mine’s currently getting plenty of use as I’m working to clear out all the overgrowth on my dad’s property:

Glad to see those damn Mimosa ("air tree") branches in the back hanging over the tailgae and brake light. Cut down every one of those invasive SOB's you find down!

Are there any upgrades or changes that can be made to improve the HVAX blower motor cfm? All four fan speeds work, the mode selector cable is switching into each position correctly (no or minimal bleed-over to other vents), and the temperature control cable is working as it should - what I mean is the air coming through the vents is weak even at full speed. Normally I just close the right-most vent to increase airflow to the closer vents, but mine like most just whistles due to the foam surround around the door having rotted away, and it doesn’t meaningfully restrict airflow. As well, in this case, I don’t feel like it would make enough of a difference even if it did, as the overall airflow is just particularly anemic compared to my Camry. I searched and saw this is a common issue on Gen 2.5 and Gen 3, but I didn’t see any common issues with our generation aside from some fiddly mode selector cable issues and the occasional burnt-out resistor.

Pull and inspect the blower motor, the hamster wheel could be full of debris.
