Some back story. New Tires. The normal flashing light, then solid, indicating an issue. Tried diagnosing. Found a sensor that wasn't responding, replaced that one. Relearned all the sensors. Now the TPMS light is flashing rapidly nonstop. I can't find any documentation/forums/reddit that points to any reason why it would be flashing rapidly. Please help!?!?

Thank you, I might try that. But if no one on here has seen a rapid TPMS flash, I'm not betting on Autozone. Always worth a try though.

Agreed, the rapid TPMS flash is definitely a head scratcher.

    Ask tire shop about it

I would assume faulty or incompatible sensor. Tire shop had to use OEM sensors on mine. Said they couldn't get aftermarket to read so they swapped in normal rubber valvestems for me to drive home until they could get oem delivered next day. I never saw if it did any odd blinking for the sensors they said wouldn't read.

Edit, or maybe your shop damaged a sensor but it didn't quite break until later for you.

Are you using an OBD2 scan tool to relearn the sensors? It sounds like the TPMS system might be stuck in "test mode".

I did this on my Sienna once. Bought a new scan tool and was playing around with it and looking at the various TPMS settings. I pushed the wrong button and activated test mode which caused the TPMS light to flash constantly.

I did the same thing to my Tundra with the scan tool and mine is stuck in test mode. How did you get it back to normal mode?

I took it to a local tire shop and their tech was able to reset the system using his scan tool. Cost about $50.

I apologize for ghosting everyone, I asked the question, then took a trip to Europe 2 days later. The sim card I used would not allow me to log in here. Thank you for all the info and I'll update when I get a solution. I'm assuming I need to borrow the scan tool and spend time to relearn the sensors.

They are not, but have been on the truck for 2 years working fine. They are Schrader brand.

Refer to above. Been working for 2 years

I'm assuming that's what it is stuck in. I take my truck to my cousin who is a service manager. BUT it's at a VW dealership. When I first installed them, they couldn't figure it out, so I borrowed the tool and spent time to get the aftermarket sensors to work.

Call your local dealership and get the correct part number for your tpms. Call couple different places and verify of the part number.
    Then go here:
    https://www.tpms.com/Default.asp

Buy the sensors that matches your part number. Have it install and go about your way.
I have the Huf intellisense version. Works fine. No programming at all. Tires shop had no issue mounting it and get the truck to register the sensors with their portable device. When i bought the truck it had aftermarket wheels and tires with no sensors. The tpms light was on all the time.
