Funny - I just installed mine today as well.
Coming from a 3" factory lift, the sway bar end bolt is too long for the trd sway bar end link. I ordered PN 90119-A0579 which I hope is the non lifted sway bar end bolt.

I will say this I am not running much off a lift in the front probably 2 inches over stock. The King bodies are 1.5 inch longer than the factory Bilsteins. I also I am running about a .5 inch of preload. I might in the future take out all the preload in the front.

thanks for these posts - this is more helpful info for my research into what I'm going to do

first: trying to eliminate sway bar rub with the factory 3" lift / 20" TRD wheels / 35x12.5x20 KO2s

I think that can be accomplished with the TRD sway bar (I gather the geometry is different and allows for larger tires without rub)

second: I'd also like to do the TRD skid plate without spacers / without having the run the sway bar on the outside of it, if I can get away from the sway bar drop without compromising the ride quality

@cody.tx Did the TRD sway bar resolve your sway bar rub?

I just moved up from 275/70R18 tires to 285/75R18 tires.

I am getting a touch of rub at full steering lock when driving forward now. No rub in reverse or touching when stationary. I was curious to know if the TRD sway had sufficiently different geometry to get ride of my sway bar rub.

@4R0Z3N I have not made any changes yet, just doing a bit a research to see what has worked for others.

Have you got your Trd front bar and AFE rear bar installed yet?

Just got both installed about a week ago and very happy with it. The steering body lean got reduced at least 30-50% and turning is so much more enjoyable now and doesn't feel like a boat when I had stock suspension. Handling at high speeds while turning also feels more stable and controlled

Not yet. Truck is at a body shop right now and they will be installing the front bar for me...rear is still in the bed, waiting. Good to hear that its a solid combination...I saw your other post going to the stiffest setting, I might have to try it as well. I dont offroad (2wd) and would benefit from less body roll as I do a lot of driving in California freeways that have tight on/off ramps and tight turn in general...plus city driving where you also feel like the boat is going to tip over.

Sounds good. I wish I've done this 2 years ago instead of suffering and complaining how poor the stock non trd suspension handled and pass through every small bump on the road

I hear you...I usually switch over to sport or sport+ to stiffen the AVS shocks but it still leans hard. Not sure if having air bags impacts the lean issue but it sure needs help

Did you remove the drop brackets or leave it on? Did the new bolts work that you ordered? I just installed the TRD Pro sway bar on the factory 3" lift and realized the bolts were too long - I flipped the spacer around for now but obviously want a better fix

I removed the drop brackets at first, but after reading online that the drop brackets would help the sway bar perform better (something about the angle being parallel to the ground), I put the drop bracket back. The new bolts worked fine for the end links, but I completely screwed up the drop bar bracket bolt. Must've cross threaded one, and another one the frame nut popped off. I ended up installing a rivnut in that space, but the whole thing was a headache. My warning is make sure you hand tighten those bolts a lot deeper before putting an impact on it.

I did the same.. uggh.. I still need to repair the thread and will use a helicoil. I think the shape of those bolts makes them prone to cross threading...

Sorry you had that happen to you as well, but it does make me feel a little better about my situation that I'm not the only one who did it. Hope you figure it out, and if you do, post some pics. I'm not sure if ill fix the cross threaded one or just leave it in for now
