I like this guy. He's a oil pro. I'll start using this with my regular oil runs out.

I’ll try to pay more attention, but I don’t detect any sound difference between fresh oil and that with 5K on it when I change it.

Engine has 182K on it. All I hear is an occasional touch of light belt chatter on a cold start that clears up quickly. I’m about due for a replacement. I’ll do it a 200K, along with a big pile of other scheduled stuff.

Do you hear anything besides that big subwoofer in the back??? :D

I hear the same bit of extra clatter when it’s getting close to needing an oil change. But the motor gets worked pretty good at least once a week.

Funny you bring that up. I’ve just about got the front stage keeping up now, with the 8s in the doors. Not totally done tuning, but she’s well on her way. I will say that the imaging is outstanding now. Like, crazy good.

We've been running this in our 2020 PLT 4x4 in 5W-30 for the last 20,000 miles (4x 5K OCIs). Highly recommend it.

I went with SI TM8 with M3 in dash and M25 in sail panels. Took some finagling to make them all fit, but it does. Ish…. Using an Audison Forza C8.14 for the fronts.

SGS adapters and block off plates in the doors, with a shitload of deadening material.

    Oil.

Figured I’d mention that so we’re not totally hijacking! Lol.

Same here! I definitely notice a change in engine noise every time I near oil change time. Interestingly enough I just noticed the noise much sooner this time around and now that I'm thinking about it, I went with a cheaper brand oil this time since it was on sale...
