Site isn't secure, and seems to have issues since their redesign, checkout is secure on shopify though, also more expensive as it was $279 when I bought mine

Also torquerush@shaw.ca for any questions. I was emailing him earlier and Grant was nice to provide a bunch of suggestions for TB setup.
Haven't had any issues with my D2A.

The newer one has a usb c-port adapter on the back so you don't have to take it apart. I kinda like having it fully sealed.

Yeah, I'd rather have it sealed as well, once you get it configured there isn't much reason to use the USB. Mine has also been flawless, almost a shame to replace it, but the Haltech will perform that function.

If anyone needs to replace their Harrop-provided Idler pulley bearings, the bearing part numbers are below, a new pulley assembly is $82, so replacing the bearings will save you some $$

    Inner

Was able to break free from work so started to rip in. Letting it drain for now, its a messy ass job. Filter wise they are exactly the same. Part numbers are a perfect match.

Just wanted to say be careful of the solenoid install. The inlet screens can come off if forced in. Heard a few instances of this happening.

I was going to ask if your having your engine built locally or sending out.
I'm still deciding about moving back to the SW coast or east...
Will be looking at builders in Vancouver/Portland area to at least do the block and crank.

Got it back together smfh. Most frustrating part was the B1 and C3 accumulator and check valve falling out. Had to strong arm the valve body and set those at the same time, then get some bolts started to take some weight. Was a bitch. This is where a hand would have been extremely helpful. Don't have a transfer pump to refill so off to the auto store.

That's where @armyoffoo mentioned having a plate to bolt in hold them in place and sliding it out of the way when vb is ready to be bolted in.
But I always suffered and hoped it all stayed in place. Haha

That's rad! They're incredibly fun trucks, for sure. This one is as far as one can take a 4.3v6...after this, you go turbo'd LS...

So rad! Congratulations!! It's a perfect "shift‐kit" feeling that's not too harsh and you can feel the clamping force!
