Satisfied with their work? Are the PPF edges tucked or visible?

I am very satisfied. I cant see the edges unless I really look hard. One of the co-owners did the ceramic coating on my last truck when he worked at a different shop, and he did a great job on that one too. That coating lasted the entire 6 years I had the truck, and was still performing flawlessly, even though it was a 5 year coating.

Are you near my area? I can give you his contact info if you are interested in getting them to do your truck.

I'm in north Louisiana but I can drive down. Closest other reputable Xpel installer that has good reviews is in Dallas. About the same distance either way.

Swapped over my TRD side steps, Backwoods front bumper, Lock offroad wheels + BFG KO2 37" tires and Baja ditch lights from my 24' Tundra. Black was cool but silver is just hitting better. Pinstripes from trials won't be as obvious hahha.

What's your radio setup looking like? I'm waiting on my 90* connector for the SMA connection on the unit itself to finalize my install.

I haven’t installed the actual radio just yet. Only the antenna as it was already on the ditch light bracket haha. Hoping to do that this week. I had it set up in a pretty cool way. Once its done, I’ll be sure to post some pics for you on here. Cheers

Hey it's been a while since I've been back. Originally had a 2022 SR5. Was an early adopter of the 3rd gen. Its been 3 years and since then I've been through two Raptors, an F250 and a Escalade but I really miss the Tundra. It was probably the most fuel efficient out of the bunch. Yes even with 35s and a westcott 3/1 i was still avg 18 mpg. Found a '25 platinum with TRD 3" lift from the factory. Hopefully picking it up tomorrow. Curious if anyone has experience with the factory trd lift and thoughts on ride quality? The Westcott 3/1 spacer lift was pretty harsh over any kind of bumps. Price is 80k + tax.
Basically selling for msrp. Had a dealer mark up of $5k for lift and wheels/tires, but they removed it. So just selling for msrp now. Think it's a good deal? Is msrp a good deal these days on Tundra, or are people getting thousands off their tundra?

Here a Pic of my old 2022.

Here is the new Platinum sitting on the showroom floor.

I think most are getting a few thousand off MSRP right now.

Mine was $61,200 MSRP, and I got it for $57,900 I don't think it was an incredible deal, and I also didn't have dealer add ons. The 1.99% rate did make it a strong deal, however.

My '22 just got out of the shop for the engine swap recall. My truck has the RC 2" leveling struts up front with a 1" spacer lift in the rear. They put me in a '25 SR5 (same as mine) with the factory toyota lift. HOLLY CRAP, so nice! It may have been due to the tires (I run e-rated all terrains), but the rental felt so smooth. Glad to have my truck back, but damn. If I could do it over I'd buy a new one with the lift installed. The markup on the sheet only shows $3990, I don't think they charge for install of the lift?

I've only had mine for 2500 miles, but I personally am super impressed with the all around on-road ride quality and feel of the factory lift, even running 35" E rated tires it's great - I'm sure you'll test drive before you buy, but I think you'll be happy

I have the 3in factory lift, and I'd say it's a rougher ride than the 2017 tacoma off road I traded in. To me it's not bad, and rides like a truck. Nothing too crazy. as for paying MSRP, that's not a good deal. I got my 2025 Limited Off Road for $4,717 below MSRP.

You got it! This is the thread I followed (https://www.tundras.com/threads/trd-pro-light-bar-switch-p-n.116422/page-2)...KClav has a very detailed writeup you can download. One thing that was not in his writeup, but discussed later in the thread, is the correct wiring to ensure the OEM switch dims correctly when using the dim function...I followed those instructions and can confirm that the switch dims perfectly. Also- search this item (90980-12614) on AliExpress to buy the appropriate switch harness so you don't need to build your own...saves a ton of time/effort and cost less than $7 shipped from China. PM me if you have any questions, happy to help.

I'm on the schedule to get PPF and ceramic done to my WCP in a couple weeks...what are they charging down by you for this package? I am doing the same exact PPF coverage, but using Suntek Ultra and the coating will be Gtechniq EXO and it's $3100...seems crazy but I had this on my last 3 cars and they looked brand new when I sold them 5 years later..

I drove it for the first time since I brought it home from the dealer last week. Went straight to the tire shop for new wheels and tires. In the last week I also removed the black TUNDRA from the tailgate, removed the Predator running boards and installed a Bulletpoint dash mount.20250410_103250.jpg 20250410_110944.jpg 20250410_121114.jpg

I did my Xpel tint in Dallas. "TRITEK window tint". Even had front part of my house done by them.
