I want to say EFI 2 fuse is what feeds the throttle body and MAF. @BubbaW would know. Did you do basic checking of fuses in engine bay and dash before posting?

Left kick panel junction block from wires coming into cab from engine bay . Junction block had bad wire in block for etcs . Jumper wired around jb and I now have power to throttle body.

The 10A ETCS does indeed come into connector IA4 drvr kick panel as it heads to ECM.

If you had conditions similar to another member from yesterday, suggest you take a good look at the other connectors. That member had water penetration to that area, corrosive connector and broken pin.

Thx Bubba I greatly appreciate it and yes I have another one to look for which is the driver door interior light not working. But I'm very happy for finding the etcs issue that is now powered and running correctly.

If multiple circuits are behaving poorly, you really need to consider that you have a water intrusion problem.

Yes that's true and I've ordered new grommets for the cowling to hopefully stop that for now

That begs the question since you haven't mentioned and it's not in your profile....is your 04 a Standard(RC), AC or DC cab type. Definitely matters on a lot of these electrical issues and will offer more when you specify Cab type.

One cause can be door courtesy switch/button.

Cowl fasteners leaking result in passenger side leak. I'm not aware of any way you'd get a leak into the back of the driver dash via the cowl, but on the passenger side, there is a fastener directly above the blower motor box which lets water flood the blower housing and drip onto passenger floor.

Driver side leak that causes water intrusion into the fusebox are usually due to one of the three following things:
    • Windshield/A-pillar: Vertical side trim, coming in from where the side trim snaps into the a-pillar
    • Windshield: Cracks in the glass or bad/rotten seal around the perimeter of glass
    • A-Pillar: The rubber bulbous seals that seal the door to the a-pillar get torn, and direct water into the a-pillar or kick panel area
I'm not trying to say there's no other way. I'm just saying, based on pictures and such others have posted with the dash out, and with the windshield trim out, and people who've had leaks they traced back to the door-to-a-pillar seals.

Stealing from PHM, here, but it should be obvious the (4) spots where water can enter at the A-pillar in this first picture:

And note this 2nd pic, note that gap down the windshield and A-pillar, water will definitely run down there, and if there's any opening to the dash area, rest assured, water is gonna flow. But I think those four plastic tab holes are probably responsible for no less than half of water entry problems. The connector is similar to the cowl connectors, only the cowl connector center holes don't go all the way through.
