So has anyone noticed that the bottles of Toyota 0W-20 do NOT say they meet the ILSAC GF-6A requirements that these motors take...???

It's listed on the Mobil 1 0W-20 bottles

Mine will only see 0W20 because I bought the prepaid maintenance up too 85K. I am doing 5K changes. One by me and the dealer. After 85K I may go to 0W30.

My Walmart receipt just showed mobil 1, not the weight. I suppose the dealer could search the SKU, if they were doubting the viscosity.

Nope. Burden of proof is on you. Dealer will not search anything.

Go to Walmart. Buy 0w20 and OEM oil fiter, Walmart now sells OEM fiters,, then return oil but keep the receipt, now you have all proof you need,.
Buy 5w30 and be happy. No one is going to send your oil for testing.
    Repeat in 5k miles

My point is that I have a receipt for 10 qts of mobil 1. I'll document the date and mileage when I change it.

The receipt does NOT show weight (0w30), so the dealer couldn't easily say I didn't use the correct weight.

Are you saying I have to prove not only that I changed the oil, but what weight was used?

I did not say anything. I don't know if you have to prove anything or do not. I always have Toyotas and lexus, so never any issues. I just said if you want a proof, just to cover your bases, you can easily do it this way and if the problem happens you can easily prove that you used 0w20 oil by providing receipts and a picture of the 0w20 container with a matching barcoad.
