WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO YOUR 3RD GEN TUNDRA TODAY?

Installed new wheels and tires today, amazing how much of a difference they make.

 

Circling back to this. Loving it so far. The first day my OCD really didn’t appreciate the Auto on/off indicator light staying on all the time, but now I don’t even think twice about it. Truck doesn’t shake or stutter at lights acting all confused whether it should turn off or stay on. Works like a charm.

 

Working well for my personal iPhone and work phone. Can’t really expand on how quickly it charges a device because I’ve not paid much attention but it works!

 

Best battery hands down. Ran one on my 460 and could have left lights on all night long and it would have turned over first crank the next morning. Definitely need to get one for the Tundra

 

Had my dealer order my new engine today. Gotta wait 7-10 business days for it to come in so I’ll probably end up at around 57-58k miles when I get it swapped. Was going to punt it for as long as possible but figured I’d just get it over with now.

 

Glad to hear you got 58k out of a supposedly defective engine.

 

So far so good. I had a 94R X2 in another car and it was great too. I've boiled XS batteries before and didn't want to go that route again

 

Im pretty stoked as well considering I bought the truck used. Truck’s been nothing but fun for the year I’ve owned it. Fresh start!

Installed a CAT Tailgate mat today, it's a nice heavy duty mat.

 

This is pretty helpful for me. My 2025 Limited came without bed lights , so I have to install something.

Not recent but this was the first major mod I made to my '24 Limited hybrid non OR. Switched from 20" wheels to 17's. Went with the Method 318's wrapped in 285/70-R17 Nitto Nomad Grappler. The low weight of the tire kept my gas mileage the same as stock. Rides a lot more smoother with the added sidewall.

Less than pleasant install….sooo many clips.

 

Got to see some dirt today. Took my oldest on a picnic at a campsite with a stream nearby. Actually got to drive through a shallow part of the stream to get here! Handled it like a champ.
