Very interesting. I’m thinking maybe the wiper plumbing system primes itself on startup thus lower fluid level but if you didn’t use any fluid tank level should be the same after powered off so I guess that doesn’t make sense. Unless you didn’t get the Toyota General Usability Subscription.

Exactly. And when the subscription runs out the washer fluid tank self destructs:thumbsup:

When I first purchased my truck and saw the filler neck empty, I wondered if there was any fluid in the tank, so I filled it up. A couple days later I noticed it was empty again. After three times of this experience, I wondered if there was a leak (or the truck used blinker fluid )

I have a 24 tundra and 25 sequoia and having the same issue on both. Anyone have an update on this? Is it an air pocket in the reservoir?

Even though I don’t see fluid anywhere at all? And Do I just keep filling it until it’s gone?

thank you! So just keep topping it off until it stops going down and that’ll mean the air pocket is gone?

Yes. At least that's what I assume since you can't actually see the whole reservoir. I don't actually check it after every fill up because I really don't care about getting the last micro ounce of fluid into it. Fill it up to the neck and go on with life.

Machining debris causing engine failures and now this!!!!!!!!!!! Toyota sure aren’t what they used to be!!!!! If they change the part numbers on the wiper fluid reservoir, then you know that it’s a conspiracy!!!!’
