These are the voltages for the ProSpeed injectors I sold you, at 70PSI they are essentially closer to 800cc

On the old motor it was at 52 or so, with the new one it is over 70, Sniv said leave it alone so I did. :p

For the deeper PML and B&M pan to lower filter deeper. Is it easy to chuck a piece of aluminum pipe in a lathe and reduce outside and inside openings to accommodate the valve body and filter. Not sure on length and transmission pumps ability to pull lower?
Fab up some spacers for longer bolts.
    Thoughts?
Excuse my piss poor drawing and lack of opening measurements as I don't have a filter to grab the measurements.

Don't see why that wouldn't work.

You could also put a nozzle extension on the filter itself, not sure of a nice way to go about that besides tapping into the filter which seems undesirable, flip side is if there's any issue with the extension sealing you'll still pick up fluid unlike the top side extension.

If you can grab dimensions I can throw something on the lathe this week.

The suction side is an oval shape. Unless someone 3d prints and adapter and use fipg/rivets to secure it in place?
I thought of cutting the old filter suction apart and that would give maybe 3/4 inch extra.
I'll see if the old filter is in the trash...thanks!

I can cut a bottom side extension on the mill too. I definitely think the top side extension is the most straightforward, but food for thought is all.

I don't know if there's really a downside to higher pressure assuming the pump is keeping up and the fuel isn't getting too hot. 70psi is definitely up there, but to me it makes no difference what the pressure is at so I told Stefan just leave it as is since I had already setup the tune and it was running fine so why change it.

    Many on the way.
Needs an O-ring for the top side of the adapter, too.

Will the baffles clear the filter in the new the lower position?

I have an extra o-ring for that, thanks for the things to look at. I'm actually dropping the pan this afternoon. @snivilous I'll measure the valve body opening to get an accurate measurement and will verify max length. I was thinking even an extra 1- 1.5 inch would help.
I'm on generator power until tomorrow night from our wind storm, but oh well. Work on...

I'll find out in about an hour...don't mind experimenting. And as I mentioned I'll be needing a rebuild soon. Fresh fluid? Faulty new S3 Rostra solenoid? Will replace with old oem solenoid take measurements and see.

I thought you liked shaving metal?
And I'm not sure if it's needed but as @Jowett said, why the need for baffles if it's not needed or maybe a safe guard?

    Direct from PML's website:

"This PML transmission pan works with the stock filter, available from a Toyota dealer or an auto parts store. Baffles on the inside of the PML pan reduce sloshing, direct the flow of fluid toward the pickup, and aid in heat dissipation"

The heat dissipation topic was covered in the Banks video someone posted a while back, so it's not a new claim, but these are also different than the Banks, so IDK if they're even remotely the same in concept.

    @snivilous @Jowett
Well I pulled the pan and the filter pickup I have sticks down about .75 inch from filter body. Now if using a WIX it is flush so avoid aftermarket or ensure it has the extended pickup. This is right above the baffles center opening. The pickup sits 3 inches down from the body, by drain. Front baffles are 2 inches tall for front and 1.75 tall for rear. Filter pickup is just forward of rear baffles about 3/8 of an inch above forward edge of rear baffles. The filter pickup sits about 1 inch below the check level drain.
I don't think we need to extend it. One could make a 1/2 to 3/4 extension but is it necessary? I'm good...I think?
Valve body diameter is 1.435 inches x .26 deep if needed for B&M pan.
Now to clean up and fill up. Hope the S3 solenoid works...:fingerscrossed:
