Are the width on these 11.3? The K02 35’s are 12.5 so I’m thinking at the same offset, I’d be poking out about an inch more.

Yes, they’re 11.3. I would think you’d have closer to 1/2” more poke due to some of the extra width being on the inside as well. Either way, I don’t think it would be a ton more and would look really good.

+18 8 inch wide? You are kind of making me regret my 8.5 +25 order. This looks perfect

TRD lift with 275/65R20 Nitto Recon Grapplers on oem wheels. These were the only tires I found in SL for that tire size. I think this size/spec just came out this year. Wanted something bigger but light. Slight sway bar rub on driver side.

Kept it nice and simple. Basic tire upgrade - Nitto Ridge Grapplers: 275/60/r20's (stock everything else). Ride is still very smooth, not a lot of extra noise, and looks way better than the OEM tires. Couple of before and afters:

My local dealer had the best price, and free shipping. Think it was like $217 a wheel. Had to order the center caps separately.

How do the 295s ride? I have 285s which I believe is a car rated tire. The 295s are a truck rated tire I believe. Would like to go up the 295s

Well boys, this is a long time coming. Finally sprung for new shoes after having the truck for a year, 12k miles.

    20x9 Weld Ledge 6 +20 (34 lbs)
    P285/60R20 Toyo Open Country AT3 116T (48 lbs)
Rough Country N3 2” front leveling struts

Total cost for everything ordered and installed + alignment was $3980. After a year of research I determined this was a reasonable price. Installer handled everything. Went to 941 Wheels and Tires in Bradenton, FL. They were great, very easy to deal with, check them out if you're in the area.

    Stock platinum setup
    Tire 38 lbs, wheel 37.9 lbs = 75.9 lbs

    New setup
    Tire 48 lbs, wheel 34 lbs = 82 lbs

Was looking for the biggest P-rated tire and a lightweight wheel to keep the ride nice, road noise minimal, and gas mileage decent.

Wanted to stick with 20s because this pavement princess will never tow, haul, or see dirt. Plus I like the look of these Weld wheels and they don’t weigh a ton like the Fuels or Methods everyone seems to have. My installer hasn’t seen a lot of Weld wheels but did comment that they seemed light and strong and they were the straightest driving wheels he’s installed. He prob says that to everyone so I’ll take it with a grain of salt.

Also was looking for a goldilocks lift. I wanted the leveled look but didn't want a cheap puck spacer on my smooth riding platinum. Also didn't want to drop thousands more on a suspension lift kit. So I found what I believe to be the perfect compromise with the RC N3 leveling struts which gave the truck a 2" lift in the front and made it perfectly level without firming up the ride.

Speaking of looks, it looks like a different truck! I’ve seen a lot of comments from others about how “pictures don’t do it justice” and I totally get it now. It just looks so beefy and badass in person with the lift and AT tires.

^^After driving the truck stock for a whole year as my daily, here are my initial observations after the upgrade…

Ride feels pretty much like stock. It feels more planted to the road but not heavier or harsher. I was worried about stiffness but it’s nice and smooth, really similar to stock. I took it on the highway and went up to about 95 mph to see if road noise or vibration would be a problem but had no issues. The RC N3 struts and Toyo tires have made a great first impression.

For you hybrid owners, I was worried about the electric motor never engaging after adding a slightly heavier setup but it’s still kicking in at all the same places. I’ve become a master of maximizing the hybrid and it hasn’t really changed after the upgrade. Would prob be different with E rated tires.

The biggest difference is slowing down - with the stock setup I coasted a lot in suburban driving. It would coast and maintain momentum forever. Now I def feel the truck slowing down more when I coast. Also I have to apply the brakes just a little bit more to stop.

After literally only 2 days of driving my gas mileage is exactly the same at 18.3 mpg. I do expect it to go down a little. I’ll keep an eye on it.

So far I’ve been running at 42 PSI and it feels smooth - that’s what my installer recommended. I’ll probably play around with it a little bit but stay in that 40-45 PSI range.

I'll end with a quick anecdote. Went to Costco to fill her up and there's a pretty gnarly speed bump to get over to the gas pumps. With the truck stock I had to slow down quite a bit but yesterday I blasted right over that thing without touching the brake. That's as close to off-roading this pavement princess will ever see!

That looks good with the 20's.... and the AT3's are a great choice .... Love them on my wife's DD...they're the only tire of that size (35x13.5) we've ever had take under 2 oz . of weight to balance...

No lift. Zero scrub or rubbing.

this thread was incredibly informative when looking for tires.

I'd say you nailed it. Looks excellent.
That's about as good as it gets with just a 2" leveling kit.

Anyone running 17x8 wheels? When I search, I only get hits for 17x8.5, which seems to be pretty common.

I have a set of 17x8.5 with -10 offset, and I'm starting to second-guess having such a negative offset. I don't mind poke, but et-10 seems like it will be excessive. I have a set of 17x8 et20 around, but it's a narrower wheel, not by much relatively.
