I’ve only got a few hundred miles on my SC, but man is it fun. Dyno results were 446/376 up from 293/251. Truck is a 2020 with 58k miles.

The wife talk is hilarious. I ended up with the SC after she saw me watching YouTube vids. “Why don’t we have that?”

Before I started tuning, I installed an SC for a customer, and they failed to follow directions to get the tune downloaded in time. They wanted to go ahead and drive it home, bout 2.5hr drive. So I told em keep rpm low and def under 3k. They had zero issues. If you want to send me a log, I can take a look for n the morning after I walk the dogs. wehlinc@live.com

When I was doing gear installs, Tundra 4wd was $1600 labor basic install. Just cuz that 10.5 is so damn heavy, and the 9” big pinion race is nerve racking install.

I deleted the 9 inch diff pinion head shim under the race. I just shimmed under the pinion head bearing. So much easier.

That’s what I would do as well. So much easier just getting that race in once.

    Logs sent, thanks!

There is a tune currently, it is for the old 143k motor with 2.3" pulley & FIVE-0 650s & now it has a 70k motor with 2.2" pulley & PS 750s.

I'll most likely wait until next week to avoid issues, I feel bad, the engine builder has wanted it gone for 3 weeks.

He needs his injector constant/offset changed which affects the MAF/timing/PE. Well...you know.
The ECU is compensating on the difference in IC, fuel trims but needs to be addressed.

No codes this morning, it shifts well, shifts into 4LO/HI/ 2WD. I'm afraid they didn't fill the transmission properly. What is the best way to verify the ATF fluid level?

This is the official procedure, although you can skip the check mode and verify temp with a scan tool, after procedure add 1 qt.

    Others may differ.
Level ground. Pin thermostat, start, run through all gears, at 100 deg pull check and look for a light stream not a dribble. If nothing add a 1/2 to quart, cool down and repeat.

So, what ended up being the final problem? The injectors or an O2 or both?

If I believe them, injectors solved the misfire & it needed a new O2. I said I'd deal with it, & ordered an O2 from NAPA, it was for the right side so would not connect so I cleaned the one I had & that solved the O2 issue.

I am 99.9999999% certain they fixed the wire(s) they broke but refused to admit breaking them.

Hey, I forgot that the prospeed 750 injectors are really 715cc, according to @snivilous. So go from 650 to 715 is what 10% increase and Viktor told me the ECU can handle up to a 10% difference in fueling. Just thought to let you know that.

am I better off with the PS or should I have the 5-0's reconditioned & use them?

I'd stick with the PS for the power your at. Once your tune is adjusted your injector duty cycle will be good. I've been dealing with occasional extended starts, 5-O 750's. It starts on 2nd cycle when it happens. It's just annoying.

Thanks, my DS were crazy low per Sniv with the 5-0's.

We'll see what Sniv sees when he looks at the logs.

I just had a customer send me his injector info for the PS 750s and they were measured at like 690cc lmao. Prospeed REALLY rounding up on their claims. Hell even injector clinic or whoever they get their shit from says 725cc and that's already rounded up from every spec sheet flow test I've seen.

FYI, Those cleaning before/after numbers are at 43.5PSI, and the paperwork that came with the injectors had deadtime settings for FID700's. PS claims they are 750cc, but they only flow that much if they have 60PSI of pressure.

That’s crazy, so really they don’t have much capacity advantage to DW 650s which are rated at 43.5 psi?
@TurboKits are your 880cc injectors rated that at 43.5psi?

Their site only list the offset and not flow. One thing I like about the 5-0 750's is they flow that at 43.5 psi on up to 880cc at 60psi. But they are tempermental.

Coincidence that the TurboKit injectors and the 5-0 are both rated at 880cc? Seems like an oddly specific number to get repeated across manufacturers.

But the turbokits 880's could be rated higher at as fuel psi increases. I'm sure he'll post the data. I guess with my recent purchases I could of picked up a set of 880's instead but decided to deal with occasional extended starts with the five-O's.

My PS “750” injectors are about 726 average. It’s like when you’re 6’2 but in the WWE you’re 6’5!
