Full master kit always. Koyo bearings only. Cheaping out isn’t worth it. Or just bring it to socal and get it done in two days for less than $3K, parts and labor.

I was surprised how well my rear pinion and carrier bearings were. My front head pinion and carrier showed heavy wear. I was quit shocked and suspect the front diff was out of spec from factory, maybe good enough?
You could get away with inspecting the bearings and make a call based on race/bearing wear but you would need to be in the position to get bearings if they were bad. If it were a new rig with only 2 years of light use you could get away with reusing it but be safe and pay once/cry once!

I've re-used bearings before but it's mostly been an Dana 44/60's where bearings are cheap and available at any store. It would be your call to re-use them. Many have reused but would suck to have to go back in later on. Just a bunch of what if's...

Just a btw try and cycle 4WD once a month for at least 5 miles. If you don't exercise it, the ADD actuator will get faulty

When Zuk did my front, he reused bearings. Rear needed new bearings at 150K.

I re-used my rear bearings when I did my Auburn at 50k. I decided to put new in when I went with Speedmaster and 5.29's. Just need to be prepared if you need new bearings.

I used the ntn kit. It has koyo/skf bearing. Although I bought it on rock auto which is still out. The G2 kit is supposed to be for 9 inch front. Call G2 to confirm.
    https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ntn-nbdrk382mk

Or if you can wait a month order front bearings from Amayama. Minus the tail bearing. And grab a mini install kit. Or just reuse your front bearings with the mini kit. Email gearinstalls and ask about reusing front bearings. He's done it many of times.

Just food for thought, and everyone gets to make their own choices. But, when looking for professional services I think there are three very important things to consider.

In a perfect world, we look for the following:
    Cheap
    Fast
    Right

In reality, you can only choose two.

    Worth considering…
