This decanter holds the last few splashes out of any given bourbon bottle. I just add them all into here to make the "leftovers blend". Always turns out delicious and gets rid of the near empty bottle clutter.

    I shoulda known....
The Fakebook ATV pages have about 4 or 5 posts like this per day
    "Lets see your built rigs"
    followed by
    "Lets see your built rigs"
    and about two hours later
    "Lets see your lifted rigs"
and, predictably, an hour or two later another thread
    "Lets see your built rigs"

It makes me wonder, do all those people posting the same question over and over never scroll the page? Were they not there an hour ago when the same question was asked? The "what size tires can i fit" threads are the most common.... Like at least one an hour. It happens every day, all day.... Maybe its just a younger generation thing? Double digit iQ and attention span measured in seconds rather than minutes.... I dunno but its laughable at best, cringe worthy at most.
Hope you get thru this first days banter, stick around kid you gotta lot to learn.

    We're glad you're here Mac.

While it's not really a build, here's my thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/2000-limited-trd-refresh-repair-story.116395/

It's mostly about making my worn out old truck a lot nicer, with a very small budget. Very little of my work has made my truck cooler, faster, or more capable, but it's made it ten times nicer to drive and use. When I was given the truck I had grand intentions of a lift, steel bumpers, tall tires, the works. But I'm really glad that I kept it close to stock and went the "OEM+" route with all of my work.

Another younger man with an old soul that’s really kicked some ass round here! Awesome work, awesome contributions, love it.

That was the other thing that drove me nuts about the 1st Gen Tundras groups on FB. Two things, actually, aside from the aforementioned “confidently incorrect” responses you get on every inquiry:
    1. Nobody (apparently)knows how to use the search function. Like, there could be a post right in front of them, or even the top 5 posts could be the exact question they want the answer to, they’ll still post their own duplicate. Sure, some don’t bother searching here either but it’s a microscopic fractional amount as you see on FB.
    2. The number of dumbasses, day-in and day-out that post pics of their failed lower ball joints, in true shocked-pikachu-face fashion, like, “omg tehehehe, it happened to me!” or even worse, “omfg what happened, these only had 285,000 miles on them and they broke, fuck Toyota!!” Fucking idiots.

When you flying into Houston next? Daddy owes me a lunch. :D

You're alright kid. I think you're going to fit in just fine.
Ever notice the crystal liquor decanter and glasses at my place? It's not filled. Apparently it's not good to store alcohol in crystal for long periods of time. But fancy people like to be fancy.

Edited these posts into one so @bmf4069 will be proud of me.

That’s what they say when it happens to them. Like it’s some illusive club where the membership fee is not maintaining your truck

Welcome to the forum! Great looking truck, I was stumped how you had 5-lug wheels on your truck, are those wheel covers/caps?

If you haven't already caught it, you may want to pop over here. Hopefully you still have your stock air intake box. It's already a cold air intake, and flows better than aftermarket kits, which sound cool, but offer little-to-no real world benefit, and will reduce performance + cause problems with time if they use an oiled filter.

Well I bought it not to long ago the wheels are a hubcap or wheel skin it can with the cold air intake came pre installed idk where the stock one is but the filter is spectre a cheap one I was thinking about a K and N but I freaking love driving it. The frame is in excellent condition

I would go get a factory air box and go back to the paper filter. I'm k&n is junk and overpriced. Hold the k&n filter up to the sun and you can see straight through it. The oils gum up your mass air flow sensor

Well I’m on a tight budget it to also I technically have 2 air filters one on the engine and the cold air could I take the one off the engine I don’t think it would be a great idea just askin‍♂️
