    What camera are you using?

the first time I pulled the grille, drilled holes to line up with the mounting bracket and bolted it on.

the second time I used a push-in round style camera and cut a hole in my faux TSS cover to mount it.

you can zoom in on these pics for an idea of what I’m talking about.

Where did you get your camera from? It looks like the same kit I got from Trail Grid Pro. If I'm not mistaken, the camera is "clockable" in that you cut a certain wire in the harness to let it know its mounting orientation. With that being the case, could you mount it to the bottom of the emblem or something?

I drilled and mounted to this but I had two small mounting holes to the side not one in the middle…

Is there room in front of the brace? Obviously you’d need to drill from an angle…

Definitely sounds like a switch issue. They don’t have the best reputation around here.

Maybe check with them or other people here running that switch to see if it’s a known issue with their switch.

I use my Alpine head unit as my camera control so I’ve never had a switch. I did have problems with a switch of theirs for an LED light bar. If the switch was warm it would stick when pressed… it was awesome having the switch stuck down keeping the light on as oncoming traffic flashed their lights.
