Just replied to the other post. Of the fuse is good and you mare getting 12 volts, I would try a different grounding spot.

Proper ground? Polarity correct? Led lights are polarity sensitive so sometimes when they don't work, flip the wires around.

For the fuse I’ve tried 1 Amp, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30. All worked. I was starting to wonder about the ground. Where is a good spot to ground on the 2023? It’s not so obvious.

flip the wires around? So black with red and read with black. Like that? I went positive(red) to positive on the battery and negative to negative directly and the lights turned on. With that said would you still think polarity issue?

Ok good. Then no polarity issue. I'd test your ground source with multimeter. Power lead to the power wire you ran out back and ground lead to where you have the leds grounded. Should have battery voltage. If you don't, try a different ground source. If you do have battery voltage, could be faulty leds. Retest directly on battery to confirm.

I retested directly on battery again and they work. I think it’s the ground I’m just not sure where a good spot for grounding is.

Any bolt on the frame or unpainted surface should work.

so it was a bad ground connection. Found a better spot to ground and it worked just fine. Thank you and thank you everyone for the help.
