I get a loud chirp/squeal sound when accelerating only under load in gear, if in park and i accelerate it sounds normal, Exh manifold leak? belt? tensioner?
Sounds is definitely coming from up front

    None at this point.
My first thought was your belt tensioner.
Had a Tacoma that did the same thing and that was the culprit.
Try hitting it with some lube while that may not be the issue you can at least count it out.

Thanks for the advice Im having it looked at today we think it's exhaust manifold gasket or manifold cracked maybe, i hope it is the belt tensioner instead, trucks drivetrain is solid otherwise.
I'll post an update when we find out for sure.

Exhaust manifold cracks and leaks usually make a ticking sound, not a chirp or squeal and it would do it regardless of whether you are in gear or not.

+1 what Knabores said. Squeals are often metal on metal such as a brake wear indicator or a rock stuck between rotor and backing plate. Serpentine belt tensioner or pulley can make similar noise but I’d expect that to be more dependent on engine speed and not driving. Worn belt can squeal under load. Can you post some pics and maybe a video showing the squeal? Suggest also posting in FGT section for best results. Be sure to read @shifty` megathread. Also be sure to check your timing belt and LBJs on a truck of this age.

When can you get it to happen, all the time, only when hot, only when cold, only when accelerating and turning, if 4WD does it happen with 4WD engaged?

Since I see you're 4WD, when was the last time you greased the drivelin with NGLI 2 moly-fortified grease? All 8-10 zerks and slip yoke need to be done every 5,000 miles IIRC. If not you'll destroy your u-joints or other, and u-joints (or anything with needle bearings) loves to chirp/squeal.

When was the last time the timing belt was done? It needs to be done every 90k-100k miles or 9-10yrs, per Toyota. Your V8 is an interference engine. If the belt snaps under load, you can easily brick your engine.

Have you attempted to pull off the serpentine/drive belt, and spin the pulleys individually? Have you spun the engine fan forcibly by hand while hot, and if so, is it able to finish a full turn? If so, fan clutch is bad.

There's a dozen things it could be, but you're not giving us much to run on. Post up some answers for us. We can help you track things down.
