I owe a lot to you for convincing me to keep it what with all the work I've done to it! Thanks again @Cruiserpilot ! Still looking forward to seeing the upgrades to your truck :muscleflexing:

DCLB bench seat column shifter FTW :)

What was the last year they made the Reg cabs? I always see pre-facelift models but never post.

The RCSB was only 2007-2013. I'm guessing the RCLB was available until 2017? but that's a guess but it's what post #1 on this thread states.

Now that interests me! I thought all RCs stopped in 2014. If I can find a 2016-2017 I’d be very interested!

I sold my 2007 RCLB. I have found the 2010 RCSB is a whole lot nicer to park. Despite Dumbo doors.

@Cruiserpilot too true on the parking, seems like parking lot spaces are getting smaller to fit more cars and the struggle is real with opening my Tundra's doors just enough to get in! Thank God I lost weight

I just posted a beautiful 2008 RCSB for sale in Vancouver Canada. About $12K USD.
If I didn’t own one, I’d already be outside that dealers waiting for them to open tomorrow.

Consider the amount of money and time and then the work I’d say barely broke even. Although the guy is obviously colour blind or had a real need to be seen from space.

That is a really nice truck, expensive and yes the color choice is not my favorite. Wish they made an affordable 4.7l supercharger. lol ... Think this weekend I'm going to install my SOS drop, might as well get it done before the new year.

Oh ya, make me feel like the procrastinator that I am cause mine is sitting in the shop too waiting to get done. Did you get the airbag kit with it?

No I didn't get the airbag setup, just new shocks, I don't really haul or tow so no need for the air. Truck actually rides better now with new shocks even lowered.

That is a good looking truck! I agree it handles better. Prior to this Tundra I had a 2007 RCLB 2WD which I installed the lowering kit
and the airbag kit, both from SOS. I also got the shorter Bilstein shock, which is much stiffer than the factory shock by miles!!
That truck I did a 2400 mile hotshot trip up north to pick up a jetboat, basically 1200 miles per day in two day with the 4.7 engine.
Truck rode like a dream and handled that trip like a fancy car. Even loaded it was perfect.
My new truck is 4WD but if I can get it to handle better that's what I want. Not worried about it being lowered, I want to be able
to load hunting, camping gear, 2 yards of mulch or #2000 of lumber if need be and be able to reach into the back to do it.

I'm just trying to give this jobber truck a new life and kinda do the street look, only partial into the cosmetic rework. Would love a 4wd but I have no purpose for it and I can't seem to find or see another RCSB on the island. I'm sure they are here but in very short numbers so since this one runs pretty damn good, it may be a keeper, that is hard for me to say, I don't keep anything very long.

I asked cause I’m on Vancouver Island and a buddy just saw a blue RCSB. That
would make 3 right here near my place. But I think he saw the same green one that putters
around town. Oahu is a whole different kind of rare. Remember to cross check parts.
Brutally expensive to get still to the islands. I use Amayama.com, enter Toyota part number
and it usually provides a long list of vehicles that part crosses to. So does Oemgenuineparts.com.
I found as example the intermittent wiper switch for tundra works on Corolla and Tacoma so I
will be hitting the wrecking yard with a better list to find one. Hope this helps, bit long winded.

Thanks for the heads up. Shipping just kills us out here. I visited my daughter in the mainland and flew back with new headlights and tails $30 for bag is much better than 300 shipping.
