Scotchbrite pad and some WD40 will clean up the pins just fine, if you are not in a rust belt. I have reused several pins without a problem.

You can get pins at Advance too. Got springs at dealer and pins cheaper elsewhere. Reused clips and shims with OE Pads. OE at 25% off online with free shipping is good price, and can add in these odds an ends. But for the clips, why not just call a dealer with your VIN? They are probably under $5 localy for the OE. There's these too:

My first thought is to spray the area with a good lubricant or penetrant and let it set awhile before proceeding. This is always my default process.

Right on! Glad to hear

For future reference, one of the most-effective treatments I've ever used is a mixture of transmission fluid and acetone. It's best not to mix a large volume due to the fact that the acetone naturally flashes off quickly, but it is highly effective. Old school.

Another thing you can do is insert stout flathead screwdrivers in the outer vent holes of the rotor to rock the entire rotor back/forth on opposing sides. If you take a BFH and whack the flat area where the lug studs pass thru, in a couple of rounds, then use the vent hole hack, they'll typically kick out.

Be sure to use a little bit of anti-size on the surface where the rotor meets up.

    +1 on applying anti-seize at mating-surfaces.

Guys, might have another issue. Is it possible that this new rotor might already be warped? I put the caliper back on, and it’s rubbing the caliper itself when you spin it to a certain spot. Or could it be that I didn’t put this back on right?

Probably already have this figured out but rotor probably not tight against hub. You can hold it in place with a couple of lug nuts.

Yes, it's possible, unfortunately, considering the quality of parts these days. What brand is it?

True, but there isn't much to go wrong on assembly.

Update: everything is good. Went on a test drive did the 30, 30 thing that Advics recommends. Thank everyone so much. Saved a couple hundred dollars on doing all 4 myself

Kudos to you for having the gumption, confidence, and persistence to get it done!! That's what it's all about right there.
