where does everyone order their frontend suspension parts from?

I have a 2002 Sequoia limited 4x4 with 175k and I am needing to do the following.
Outer Tie Rod and Inner Tie Rod for both front passenger and driver side. Driver or Passenger Side Sway Bar Link and upper and lower ball joints for both driver and passenger side.

I was wondering if 1AAuto or Partsgeek is a good place to order those parts? Also am I missing anything that you can think of?

I order most of the parts from one of the online Toyota parts dealership sites, such as Serra or Ourisman. OEM only for ball joints, sway bar end links and tie rods.

If you time your order, they will run 20-25% off sales and free shipping at times. Can save hundreds that way. Just be sure you do not put aftermarket ball joints on your truck. Known fail point, and causes significant damage when it fails.

My apologies if you are talking about parts for your 2013, this question is posted in the first gen section (2000-2006). If this is in reference to your 2013 on your profile, then the ball joint design is different, but OEM is still the way to go.

 

This question is for my wife's 2002 Sequoia and that is the reason I posted in the 1st Gen section of the forum. I posted in the Sequoia 1st Gen section and they recommend posting here as there is more traffic in this section.

 

As already stated use Toyota parts. I just bought new lower control arms from Serra Toyota. Good prices, no tax and free shipping. They did tell me that they will be having a sale closer to black Friday if you can wait.

Her Seqouia does have the ill-fated ball joint design. OEM or die. At least that’s what the stickers say….

 

does these have to be OEM sway bar end links and tie rods? I have found the upper ball joints and lower ball joints for both sides on this is site https://trdtoyotaparts.beachcitiestoyota.com/

 

Non-OEM will degrade quickly from my experience.

 

I used Moog outer tie rod ends on my truck and they lasted 1 month.

 

That is not good. I am having a hard time finding the in Outer Tie Rod and Inner Tie Rod and Side Sway Bar Link

 

I did just find the Inner Tie Rod but still looking for the outer tie Rod and side sway bar link

 

It sucks because the EPC-DATA website I typically use for parts lookups has been down the last couple days. That said, www.amayama.com still has exploded diagrams, it's just a little more cumbersome for newbies to use. If you can PM your VIN@ on the '02 Sequoia I can grab part numbers for you.
Two things I would advise you to do.

1. Read this thread, which will advise you on parts you NEVER want to purchase aftermarket brands, and should tell you what brands made the OEM parts for Toyota (Denso, Aisin, Advics, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Spicer, Koyo, etc.)
2. Before you commit to buying aftermarket, especially with suspension, check this thread to see if anyone in 1st gen has had problems with that manufacturer's part.
