Scored some 1UP bike racks off of the craigslist!

These are so compact compared to the Yakima front tire units that were on there before.

Test fit was done with my wife's Marin gravel bike.

 

This is one of the reasons I made my own instead of ordering from RAVE...wasn't happy with the 3d printing quality or price. I cut a blank on my laser. You're done already, but if you're interested, I wrote it up here.

Which mesh did you use inside the grill? I like it.

I’m running the rave front grill kit. It’s honestly pretty good quality. Wish the center bar light was a bit better also that it didn’t do a weird squeak plastic noise when I apply a decent amount of force to the grill but other than that I can’t complain. I’m happy with the purchase

 

Those lights could be used for counter or boost indicator!

Or each light could be used to count the number of engine replacements! But seriously, it is a nice addition and makes it unique.

 

I can make and sell a set for anyone who wants them (the inserts). I don't have time to manufacture the whole set for folks though. LMK if you're interested.

Are they off of backorder yet? Or have you been waiting awhile for it? Also is it the regular chrome or black?

 

It’s the black one. They are still on back order I think. I’ve had 2 orders canceled this year. My local dealer told me to reach out randomly and see if they can locate one. I reached out yesterday and they said they noticed 1 in stock at a warehouse in Houston. Got an email today saying it was ready for pick up. Came out to $268

 

Is it going to be pretty plug ‘n’ play? Keep us posted on whether it’s worth the wait and cost.

 

Thanks for the info. My dealer here is terrible and won't even give me any help or advice. They just want money and say "just pay us and we will get one as soon as possible." Might have to expand my dealer search...

 

My local dealers seem to be way more expensive then others across the country. I usually search online for part numbers and find dealers that run discounts and free shipping. I can usually find parts 30% cheaper than my local options.

 

Where are you at in AZ? We've got a parts guy at AutoNation Tempe that will get pretty close to the online prices of stuff. You just have to act like you're in the AZTG Facebook group and there's a decent discount he can apply.

I'm in Chandler so thats not far. I just ordered the TRD Pro billet UCAs from Serra Toyota of Decatur Alabama.. paid $244 for each with their discounts and free shipping. Compared to Big Two Toyota in Gilbert... quoted me $441 for each with local pickup.

 

Yeah Big Two isn't great... Talk to Chad at the AutoNation parts desk and mention AZTG and he'll get you set up with stuff. I'm working on a list of parts with him right now for the wife's rig.

 

Thanks for the recommendation! I called and spoke to him.. He is on par with what I can find online so that will be my new local source going forward. However, the Alabama dealer is running an October sale and I was able to save an extra 20% on the UCAs.

 

Glad to hear! He's usually right there on prices, but some sales prices are too low. I use him for all my regular maintenance parts on the 2018.

Added a set of Rokblokz mud flaps, no more rubbing with the 35s, kinda spendy but excellent quality and look awesome!

 

ARB twins with SDHQ behind rear seat mount. Routed the switch and air output to the bed. It was a fun install, ridiculously pricey just for air but oh well.

 

Where are you putting it and which sub?
