Just curious if any Limited owners who did not have a heated steering wheel went ahead and added that and curious about the cost. Mine has the leather wrapped steering wheel that is perforated and when I called the dealership about adding it they said they could not do it. Guess I have to go after market.
Also did anyone add heated seats to the rear? I plan on it but dealership wants a $1000.
    Thanks for any advice.

SR5 owner here. Bought a limited wheel (I believe it was since its blue stitching) and the heated wheel dash button and it was all plug and play for me. I do have heated front seats so likely all was pre-wired for me. Think I paid 250 for steering wheel and like 60ish for the button? Don’t recall

Think the steering wheels with the blue stitching are from platinum models. I have a limited with the heated steering wheel and it’s just black stitching on mine.

I contacted two dealerships about heated steering and both said since it is a Toyota accessory they could not do anything. I may have to look at the whole kit and assembly or look into a wheel that has everything. I may not use it as much as heated seats which I have up front and want in the rear but heated steering does help on very cold mornings.
I figured it might have had heated steering already and just needed the adapter or wiring to activate since it is a leather perforated wheel.

Thanks for the link. I’m going to pull out my window sticker and see if it says 150 for heated steering and if that’s the case then may just need the switch hopefully.
As for heated seats I have read on here Rostra is a pretty good brand. Will look at them too.

Looked at my window sticker and nothing regarding heated steering wheel such as add for 150. Not 100% sure if it has the heating element or not. Regardless it will need the switch and I may explore replacing the wheel with one that already has the heating element. Not sure how much a heated kit costs or if it’s more expensive.
If I could have afforded the platinum or 1794 I would have bought one of those but they were about 7-8000 more even with a discount. The Limited was the best price at the time and you get some luxury features. What I want to add the most is heated rear seats and steering and predator steps.
