I think I had that issue too. I don't recall if we already talked about it. Between the two trucks I've had quite a few O2 sensor codes in the last three years. But do you have one spacer per sensor? I tried doing two per sensor on my 03 at first, and the codes just changed. I think it was p0136 and p0156. So I only did one on each and the 420/430 came back. I solved it by using URD o2 sim I scored used.

Have you installed all four new Denso sensors?
On my 06, I think I was getting p0138 and p0158 until I swapped the front two sensors. I remember being mad that none of the recommendations for the fix included changing the fronts. But someone here told me to try it and it worked.

I only installed 1 new sensor. I get annoyed messing with them haha. I have 2 spacers in each side.

I'd try dropping it down to one per side on the rears.
Are you on aftermarket cats or what?

Some bullshit little cats the previous owner put on. Thinking about welding some aftermarket in.

Got a slight pull to the left. I'm guessing it's the toe or the caster. But I don't know.

    Those numbers are wack.

Needs slight toe in and more caster.

Is this the 4x4? What year?

2006 4wd with 3" lift, SPC UCAs (adjusted one click from as far forward caster as possible), and 33's.

Dude said my LCA bolts are seized, but he'll try again.
I'm going to be buying some Solo LCAs, uniball lbjs and some off road alignment cams for Black Friday once the sales hit. But in the meantime, I'd like it to track straighter. I feel like it was tracking straighter before the alignment honestly. Only reason I got it aligned was because it had been at least 2 years, maybe 3 and I off-roaded it at least 5+ times since then.

Since you're clicked forward on the SPC uppers, that leads to low caster and wandering.

Given your current numbers, with the lower cams seized I'd try:
2 or 3 positions back on drivers side
1 or 2 on passenger side
(From being pointed straight inwards at the truck.)

Then slide the SPC's in or out for camber, shooting for -0.3 to -0.5

    .10 - .15 total toe

My concern with going back on the caster is I'll rub.
I'll let Juan take another crack at it Tuesday or Wednesday when he does my drain n fills and go from there. Worse case scenario, I'll just live with it til I can buy and install the aforementioned new parts.

Not likely at the upper. A few mm of movent usually.

The hub/wheel is at the bottom of the knuckle. Thats why you pull the lowers forward, to clear the footwell. Gets you an inch or two of clearance.

Since you're going back, undo one of the uppers and measure it (for science!).

I meant rub the firewall when stuffing my 295/75r16's. That's the whole reason I moved em so far forward a few years ago.

Yep, we meant the same thing. Footwell is the rear side of the fender well. The firewall.

My guess would be at least two or three inches. But I'm only basing that off my experiences with box fans. Too close to a wall and they don't blow as well.

Sucks man. That's probably a hell of a ride over rip rap in a small sedan! Just the rim and tire damage? JY will have lots of corrolavirus rims, many with usable tires for cheap. Been there....

Oddly, I can see the preview thumbnail, but when opening the thread, the madmax cow dissolver bumper is not visible.
