Where do the bumps hit on the rear end relative to the lower limit strap mounts? Looks like they would end up close at bump.

Bumps hit the pad with the American flag. Camburg bump kits hit the stock leaf perch area.

Going to have to redesign the bump pads because where the bump stop hits (on the edge) and where I place the M8 holes. Might try to thread-rivet the existing 1/2” holes and use those.

Flex the suspension out too so you know the bump stop hits where you want when the axle is pivoted around too

While I love the American flag on the bump pads, keep them smooth for bump scrub. Also, remove the nylon cap on the bump when cycling to simulate worst-case scenario where the bump cap is destroyed.

Updated the bump pad. The bump doesn’t rub on the flag engraving but I haven’t had a chance to articulate one side fully up. Also the cap screws are being replaced with shallow head cap screw so they will sit sub flush of the pad.

Also started in the fiberglass bedsides. This was my initial cut. I had to cut more on the rear top portion which was giving me the most trouble. The fiberglass was built up so thick back there which made for a lot of interference. I’ll get more pics of what I had to cut later. Ordered some 1” tubing to make some bedside supports from the frame to the fenders near bottom of well.

Some bed supports mocked up, not installed yet. I may have mimicked an existing design.

@heckler66 in the front wheel area back side fender, did you cut the body/frame on the back side to make clearance for the wheels? Camburg provides a small plate for this area. Did you make the cut? Do you think it is needed? If so, can you take a picture of your cut and wheel clearance, please?

@reywcms Thanks for the pics, that plate weld for the body mount chop is really clean. Also, is that FEND-X from a Tacoma you shaped in that spot?

This liner was custom made but showed up and I cut it all up and made it work for me much better. I'd disregard the brand but you can duplicate this with abs again

Bedsides mounted but still need to get the taillights in which are not lining up to the 2 factory bolt holes. I had to remove a lot of the factory bedside at the back top so the fiberglass would sit properly. Need to fabricate a couple brackets from the frame to the lower wheel well sections of the bedside.

just a couple pictures. Got taillights in, but had to customize how they mount. I basically cut the 2 threaded tabs off and installed 1 M6 threaded rivet-nut into the housing which worked out really good. Currently working on fabricating bedside supports that bolt to the frame and lower bedside by wheel well.

Im having a problem getting the gas filler anywhere close to where the new fuel door is. I can get a pump into it with no fuel door on it but if I added the door I just don't think it would have room. The bracket and 3 metal tubes make it difficult to bend much.

I left mine short and bent the bracket. You can also remove the filler neck and extend the hoses by adding more hose there.

Good luck with that. I had a horrible transaction with SS built and I would never do business with them ever again or refer tgem to anyone. Long story short, I ordered front and rear bumper, paid in full, waited over a year and got the run around for 5 months that my bumpers shipped but I never received them. Asked for my money back and got ghosted. I had to do a charge back to get my money back. I still have all my messages from them if you want them but be warned move at your own risk.

damn, I might have to reconsider because I can't stand businesses that don't respond. I was considering fabing my own but the hitch part has me concerned.
