Drove 50 miles to buy the only TRD dual exhaust (PT226-34220-02) I could find. When I spoke with the parts guy he was saying how it was a special order that was canceled from another customer and I'm lucky to get it because noone has them in stock and they are on backorder. I really like how it looks on my limited trd offroad.

I like it. It took a while to get but well worth the wait. Was the install pretty straight forward? I’m tempted to replace the factory cat shield with the victory.

I tried order a TRD skid. Toyota wouldn’t allow it because my truck is a non TRD. I would assume the same for the exhaust.

how was the install? did you have any issues with the bull bar blocking sensors or camera after install?

grinder cuts on the install are minimal and there are plenty of really good videos out there. easier as a 2 person job for sure. definitely no issues with sensor or camera!

Thats not how it worked for me, I didn't even give them my VIN number. I saw the part number I needed from one of the threads on here. I called the closest dealership which didn't have it in stock and asked if they could check the system to see if any dealership within 50 miles had it in stock and they told me which one.

Parked my 1794 close to a 1794LE today, what a beautiful truck. Owner was super friendly and liked to talk trucks, lol.

Can you tell me what is special about the trd exhaust? Is it just a split pipe and the look is cool or is it actually a different exhaust the gives better air flow out and deeper tone?

It's pretty much just a split tailpipe that looks cool. It's also missing the resonator bulge that the factory tailpipe has.

I got it strictly for the looks, I tried the slip on gloss black exhaust tip and wasn't satisfied with how it looks. Now I really like how it looks because everything else is already blacked out on the truck. Plus it's says TRD on them so that's like +10hp automatically lol

These came in today so threw em on real quick. I didn’t like the chrome caps but now like them both the same. The TRD are more of a black vs the dark graphite wheels.

Edit - my wheels are dirty as hell so I’ll send a follow up pic when clean and in sun.

I just scored an OEM TRD skid off the marketplace. It didn't come with hardware, but maybe I can use what's there already? Anyone know how challenging it is to install?

I really like that bumper and would love to add it to my truck (with winch) but I don't have the stones to rip that front piece off and start cutting!! LOL.

There should be 2 bolts already there.. however, you need a total of 6 bolts for it. the Toyota part# is 90119-A0549. I ended up getting 6 new ones for my install but just have't done it yet...

You're a lifesaver. Thanks! Did you find them through a dealership, or Amazon? Yes, I'm being lazy by not just googling it.

Finally got around to putting the TVD vinyl kit on my TRD-OR wheels. I chose matte black for a two tone effect but if I did it again i'd probably do gloss so it hides more of the seams. They're still decent.

Also threw on the ARK fender liners, these are a no brainer if you're in the northern US. Great coverage and easy install.

Very straightforward install. My adult son and I had maybe 3 hours into it total taking our time.
Directions were good for the most part. A picture didn't match steel reality 100% and one statement was contradictory.
3 good install videos on YT that are 3rd gen Tundra specific, one from a member here.

Got Lasfit mats, fantastic mats for the price that fit perfectly, are as good as Husky, WeatherTech and OEM, and only $129 for front and back……saving a chunk of change is a bonus

How do you like the sound? Do you have the factory single side exit tip? How much was it if I may ask?

Very happy with the sound. My main complaint with the Stillen was the drone at 70-80mph which this set up does not have. Very similar cold start sound, slightly “throatier” than the single exhaust tip on the Stillen. I think the Stillen feels slightly more responsive on takeoff but no dyno proof for that or 1/4 times to back that up. My SWAG is this is due to the front Y-pipe but could all be in my head.

The exhaust from TWC was 799 and I purchased the TRD dual tips for I believe 280 or so

Dropped it off at dealer for a second key fob and to have the softtex on the passenger seat bottom replaced. They gave me an f150 for a loaner, I really don't like it. How much does someone have to spend to get a descent loaner these days?
