What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Hey fellas, happy Friday eve. Just found out my passenger side fog light is out. Anyone know what kind of replacement bulb it takes? Truck in question is a 2018 Platinum Tundra (so I believe the dogs are LED like the headlights).

 

New skid plate and painted the tow hooks

That does look cool, but my wife is being a stickler on truck spending lately, so I may have to run just a stock replacement bulb for the time being. In that case is the stock replacement just an H6 halogen bulb?

I have 2 led fogs that I don't need.

 

Things have calmed down at work so I have more free time again.. boredom basically.

 

How are they? I’ve heard mixed reviews.

Ive only driven three miles so cant say much other than they’re quiet and balanced well. Ive had KO2s on my Taco, Wrangler, and half ton Chevy work truck with no complaints. Love em. Husbands put 150k miles on KO2s on his Tundra as well and loves his. These are supposed to be tweaked and a little better so time will tell.

 

I like the taillight tint! Do they sell a pre-cut vinyl for that or is that custom cut?

I built a bumper, but wanted yellows so I don't have a use for them.

To be honest, I don't see how the bulbs come out.

 

They don't. Those are the OEM LED's. They are fully sealed non-servicable. I found them absolutely useless. The halogens with upgraded bulbs performed much better. I ended up doing a full conversion to Rigid pro-series SAE. Not OEM TRD pro, as those were an over priced under performing option.

How much do you want for those? Based upon what @stuckinohio is saying I probably will want to upgrade, but now's a bad time for me to blow $300 on fog lights, so buying something working but used would be ideal to buy me some time until I can blow money on fog lights

 

I dunno? $10+shipping? I have no use for them.

The truck was an auction purchase that had front end damage. The lights were going in the trash anyways.

One light has a bad bezel, but the light works.

Thanks! The only part that's different from OEM is that circled middle piece that covers the chrome. It was custom made vinyl and offered by a member on here that has since been banned I believe. There may be others that make it, but I'm not sure who... Sorry

 

If you post enough about that vinyl piece, he's like Beetlejuice and will be summoned
