PCV goes from the green fitting under the supercharger to the supercharger, PCV catch can should go between those.
Crank case goes from each valve cover to the Tee fitting on the intake, Crank case catch can should go between those, although nobody gets any oil on that side, and you can skip it.

Anyone ever get a P032D code? Says it's knock sensor 3 and engine power is limited. Cleared in a couple times and it comes right back. Tried to move it and it feels like the trans is slipping or something so I'm not attempting to drive it.

Anything else it could be besides a bad knock sensor?

Save your money on the crank case can. I haven't seen any catch anything on these forums. PCV is a go though.

Read that the harness is covered in linseed oil so I'm guessing I had some vowel and/or packrats that ate the wire harness. FML

Actually Summit Racing always has coupons during holidays. When I bought my HP Tuners Software with credits, no place would give a discount. SR had coupon and I actually got it for $60 off. I have done this with SR for some time now. Did it with my Fox 2.5 PE DSC, no one would touch SR price with the code. I got lucky when I bought my 1900 and found it for $2k off from a Dodge dealer that has 2 in stock. Why a Dodge dealer would have 2 Tundra 1900 SC was a mystery to me. But for $2k off, I bought it right away. If you have patience, there usually pops up a deal once in a while.

The only thing that I know about the knock sensors is that they're all in the valley under the intake/blower. I haven't studied the wiring harness to know if there might be a more accessible connection to try to do continuity measurements on them.

@reywcms what material did you use for venting the prospeed out to the fender intake area? Assuming you still havecthat setup.
I was thinking of cutting my lower airbox from my sabm to the air accelerator. Creating a 10.75 x 3inch opening to both fender and lower airbox. Was thinking of using aluminum flashing as a mold to lay some glass work for the air inlet between the two. Would have the fender lip sealed with rubber u channel and screen covering.
    If it's even worth it?

I'm looking over some data logs from south of the border and noticed that my accelerator position pedal doesn't ever go past 93% with corresponding throttle position 80% (I seem to recall that 86% is the max, which is fine). I'm looking at 4 separate WOT pulls and they all range between 88 and 93% pedal position and I never see more than 80% throttle position. Each pull was 1st through 4th gear. Well, redline 1st through 3rd then lift in 4th, sometimes right after shifting to fourth. I'm pretty sure I wasn't wearing boots or flip flops - that was my first thought. Is that normal?

86 is the max angle it opens, not percentage.

Correct. The software lists it as a percentage, so I was conflated the two. 86 degrees would be 95% of 90 degrees assuming 90 degrees would be theoretical max. Either way, 80% or 80 degrees is less than 86 degrees or 100%. I was verifying that both my pedal position and and throttle opening are below 100%.

    Too many mods to come

Yep I cut that whole area out and combined them. I used hotrod louvers and faced them towards the front. Nutserted and bolted then painted black. Then used foam to cover the gap from the lid to the wheel well. Your flashing should work well to fill that gap like you mentioned

I believe so. I looked back at a few wot pulls and hpt logged tps between 81.6% and 82%. Limit is at 86 deg as it could get hung/stuck up at 90deg.

So I hooked up VCM Scanner with the key on, but engine off; if I floor the accelerator pedal, Pedal position reads 100%, throttle position reads 81.6%. And I don't have to smoosh the pedal with pointy toed darts, either - a boot-smothered foot takes surprisingly little effort to reach 100%. So I'm a little confused why none of my WOT runs showed more than 93% pedal in actual driving. I don't see anything in Airflow -> Electronic Throttle -> Limits, Desired Throttle Angle that limit throttle at 100% pedal. So that's weird to me. But if it's normal, it's normal. I might reopen the Tuning with HP Tuners thread to keep from clogging up this thread.

I’m half tempted to get a pedal monster just to see if it changes that value. I think there’s one in the classifieds here.

I hated the more aggressive modes and ended up sticking with ECO mode (felt like it broke the pedal down into multiple stages); contradiction to the reason I got it to fix a muted pedal. All the modes felt like my transmission was slamming into gear. It was just very harsh even in City -4

Even though I had no troubles, I pulled mine after I saw a few posts and videos of the vehicle going into limp mode. I suspect it has to do with the Bluetooth feature drawing too many amps from the pedal circuit and the device doesn't have any way of shutting it off. I ended up replacing it with a Hike It XS which has features I prefer and doesn't have Bluetooth transmitting to connect.

Just for testing Pedal to TB position I am willing to part with it as long as it isn't daily driven with the device running. I don't think it is a safe design. Even though I had no troubles with it this is the reason I never sold mine.

I didn't think the pedal commander increased throttle position only varies its onset throughout the pedal range.

This is the better way to think of it. It advances or delays the pedal position but never exceeds 100% (not that @blenton implied that it did)

It isn't linear all the way through since it has a dog leg "curve". More like a piecewise function.
