Late to the party on this one, but if you are removing the entire driver's side pipe from manifold to cat back flange, you aren't doing that on your back without either a very tall jack/jack stands or a lift. I ended up having to cut mine at the joint by the cat and get it out in 2 pieces, with everything going out toward the front (and over the crossmember). I chose to keep it clean since I didn't know if I'd need to reinstall them. Passenger side is a breeze. Good luck and enjoy!

Thanks! This is the kind of info I was looking for. I’m trying to keep the stock downpipes totally intact with no cutting. It sounds like I may be better off having this done for me at my usual shop if I want that to be the case. Pay a few hours labor and spare the busted knuckles and frustration.

Definitely! To drop a preemptive "twss" joke, 6-8 more inches would have been perfect.

DPs in was bitch because I stripped one exhaust mani bolt smh. This thing sounds gnarly ASF! And I'm running just the DD 10! Also notice mad amounts of oil smoke, DPs must have had a lot of oil in them for they're clearing out now.

Any other differences you’ve noticed with these other than the sound? Think you’ll need much for tuning adjustments?

The pipes had oil in them probably from the bending procedure. It burn pretty damn good had me scared for a second but went away after long idle and some driving around.

Logged data around and it seems to be running a little leaner on WOT. Not much since I was running the stock 2 cats but these bitches flow way more. I'll dig into the data once I get a chance but I was seeing 10.6-11 on the psb1

Correct oil from the fab procedure and it should lean out a tad since it's flowing more.

Not bad overall but a bit off target when building boost off the start and a tad leaner up high. Granted only to 54% InjDC max I did not do a 4th gear wot log until I get to my dragstrip in Mexico tomorrow

    I had never seen north of 9lbs over 90 degrees, it's 111!

I have 1/4 tank, gassed it turning left, had the starvation & sounded like several M16s! lol

No, I had Crawford long tubes, between the hardship of installing them & the fact Keith @ DD said they won't give an appreciable power increase, I sold them.

The sound would've been interesting to hear...

It's rowdy AF without being SC'ed. I'd kill to hear with all of that together

I've got 2010 5.7 RCSB 4wd. Haven't touched it yet. I've noticed alot of these exhausts - SPD - seem to have
room designed in for DC's. Who have exhausts decidedly shorter for the RCabs? I also just can't leave exhaust
exiting under my truck so do any have single or double pipe but single side exits?

For those with Dp's, any CEL's? New bolts for connecting to the manifolds probably wouldn't hurt either. I might have to order some.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    quick question...for those with this exhaust system and a S/C;

dose is drone @ 62mph? or any other regular hwy speed?

I spend most of my time @ 62mph.

my TRD drones @ 1300 rpms, and I luckily don't live near that rpm range.

@reywcms Any details on if they still plan to release the version with a resonator on the x-pipe? Assuming that’s the milder version?
