I'm pretty sure 2002 was the last year for choosing a non-abs option. Which would mean that in 2003 they all came with ABS.

Hard pass on the wheel spacers unless it's the last ditch effort. Don't be a axle...find the right axle. I'm kidding on that comment, but search craigslist, faceplace marketbook, U pull it, and other wrecking yards. The double cab is a fairly common truck. I'm confident one will turn up.

Do you have larger than stock tires? If so, i’d grab that 4.10 axle in a heartbeat. Then look for a 4.10 front diff.

Option 2- i’d still grab that 4.10 and at the bare minimum i’d swap the 3rd members with your 3.91 axle. Then put the 4.10 on the shelf and swap it in at a later point. 4.10 gears would make your truck a rocket ship with stock sized tires.
