I have a “crew cab” 2006 tundra V8 4x2 with a bad rear end. I found a wrecked 2006 tundra V8 extended cab. Does anyone know if it will fit. I’m planning to replace the entire rear end.

The internals will fit. The whole axle will not. Your axle is wider.

Expanding a bit more on that ...

Most of the fitment/interchange info many people need is in this thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-you-wanna-buy-just-bought-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/

There's no such thing as a 'crew cab' in these trucks, it's a 'double cab'. 'Extended cab' is an 'access cab'. Regular cab and access cab interchange most parts. Double cabs are practically a totally different platform entirely, and more closely related to the Sequoia, but Sequoia has dis brakes out back, so not really an option unless you want a lot of extra work.

If you won't want to swap guts over, find another DC, and be aware: If the rear-end is LSD, ONLY USE LUCAS 80W90 IN IT. The limited slips in these trucks are finicky. I found that out the hard way after not listening to others here. Thought I knew better.
