Yes, Jomax is very hard to find. The only way you will fine one is if you run across another member who is selling one. The company will not provide any info what-so-ever on it. It was a big issue as to why production was stopped on them a few years back. I have pictures that I can send to both of you. The biggest issue that you will run into is the cover itself. It was a special material that worked with the sensor. I'm not positive but i think it was a type of Macralon or something to that effect. There are a couple of members that have extra covers for theirs but you would have to post a "WTB" to see if you get any hits.

Got so even if I can 3d print something it probably won't work as the plate was a special material. Is there something I can plug in to bypass that feature and eliminate the error?

You can't eliminate the error without having it functional. It's a safety item so it's not easily bypassed.

I should add, the "easy" fix is to get an OEM grille and cover. Not cheap, but that's the best bet.

Thanks, I've spent alot of time on that thread drooling over which route i want to take. Right now it's hard to justify the expense so it's probably in the middle of my wishlist. I have a spare grille grille that I bought from a part out that I've been using to experiment with. Considering going the cheap method by buying just the middle insert(new trd pro grille)and figuring out the cheapest TSS method which would probably be the garnish knockoff and cutting it.

Did the Jomax come with multiple front plates?

Might be a dumb question, but why does it need a plate? From pictures it looks like a metal housing.

No clue. This is what I bought from Jomax years ago. Brand new, never installed. Not willing to sell the bracket at this point.

So back to the TPMS situation, I dropped of the truck at a toyota specialist not the stealership. The technician ran the reader and said the code that came up is for no spare wheel with TPMS. Never heard of that being an issue and not at least showing the reading for the other 4 wheels.

Steel spares on the Tundra do not come with sensors. Tell him to try again...he failed at that one. Did he scan the other 4 wheels to see if sensors are installed?

Supposedly the spare TPMS is knocking the other 4 out. Doesn't make snice at all but not going to get onto it deeper snice I have to change tires by the end of the year.

There is no spare TPMS. He is wrong on that part. If there are sensors installed in the 4 wheels, a scanner will detect them. Is there a Discount Tire close to you?

Yea I'll swing by and ask to scan the wheels and see if I have sensors.

So I mechanic texted me saying the car is almost ready to be picked up. So I just had to ask him again if he scanned each wheel for TPMS. He said wheels have no sensors. Now that's a better response and 100% the reason why the TPMS is on. Not because of no spare tire with TPMS.
