My phone reminded me that about a year ago today I designed and 3D printed my own insert for the TRD Pro grill.
    https://www.tundras.com/posts/3155853

I went to checkout how it faired over the WI summer and winter... I'd say not bad. The ABS is holding up well to the conditions however, in hindsight, I should have used a double-sided adhesive or a rust proof fastener to attach it

Looks like maybe a toolbox for the shop

EDIT: A chicken coup? Did not know you buy those, I have always seen them built. Post up pics after you get it in place please. Not sure if I want to be a chicken farmer up on the hill. A lot of snow at times

Well I started the Tundra in the garage and sat and listened to a few songs while I let it run and warm up

I got my new tires, 285/60 R20 on this morning, as well as an alignment. Spacing my front bumper out 1/2" beforehand was the ticket. No rubbing. I'm clearing the cab mount by about 1/2" and the bumper liners by about 1/4" at full lock reverse :bananadance:

I like the overlays. They have been on for over 2 years. I do need to replace the VHB tape that hold then in place on one side of the surround piece. Otherwise they have been great, easy to install aswell.

Isn't it spelled "duct" tape. Which is foil backed.

Also "duct" usually goes along with low head room, and you need to "duck" so you don't smack you noggin's.

LMAO! Had the windows rolled up and the garage door open. Have to roll the windows up because the neighbors in my retirement community are not fond of my taste of music.

    Thanks for your concern LOL

    More progress.

The ABS light On, Trailer brake error, and Pre-collision system malfunction error msgs. gone after steering angle sensor calibration. It looked like hundreds dollar issue with all that errors in the cluster but it was just a $30.65 for this service.:bananadance:

This also required the alignment again, but the alignment was performed last week and still under warranty. Didn't have to pay for it again.

Lesson learned: If you install a lift kit, ask for the steering angle sensor calibration before the alignment.

I'm not positive but I thought the steering angle calibration is part of the alignment procedure. @ryanwgregg might know.

Tune is done! Thanks again @snivilous for making it happen. This round of mods included the 5" intake tube since we were maxing out the maf on the 4.5" tube, LS103mm throttle body and custom adapter plate, and finally the turbokits.com boost referenced fuel pressure regulator. We gained 2psi of boost which was more than I expected. Bringing the total psi to 10.3. Now time to get out and see it all works in the dirt.

Got a used set of Kings! 700 lb springs to accommodate the bumper and winch, ride adjustable and revalved like new. They’re amazing on the pavement but insane on the dirt. Hit some speed and already put them to the test. Grinning ear to ear.

wrapped the top of the tent with white vinyl to reflect some heat and keep it cooler inside. Also made a little dolly to set the rack on so I can move it around easier. (Swivel casters installed after pic was taken).
