Does anyone know what size the inlet/outlet is on the URD filter or what size lines are on the truck? I'm replacing the pump soon and want to delete the switch and put in an external filter at the same time. I have a pump already so I just need to source the other parts right now. Thanks!

I’ve got tech stream and can do the reset for you as well as see if your ECU version is up to date. I can also performance tune your truck if interested.

This is a confusing blend of two threads in that these mods are separate and FFV use Delphi pumps and Non FFV use Denso pumps. The new line arrangement going around the FFV switching valve is Interesting and I wonder if anyone has the Part # for the Toyota Fuel Line? I'm fairly sure my in-Tank filter is restricted and see no reason to go Back with a Delphi Pump when going to URD external fuel filter. It's way too much trouble to drop the tank twice I'd much rather do it once and done. Some of these date back several years and I would love to hear a long run review from someone

The Deatswerks DW300 is the best plug and play pump for the flex fuel. I would use an internal 100 micron filter as fuel contamination will ruin the pump and shorten its life.
You can use these filters. They fit on the bottom. They do need to be trimmed of the excess plastic. I just wrapped the filter in painters tape and used a dremel to carefully cut away the excess.
I'm not flex fuel but adapted the FFV canister for my fuel system.

Regular blue painters tape? Gas won't eat it up?

The tape is to cover the filter media while you shape and remove the excess plastic from the filter. You remove it when you're done. This is the closest option as Toyota or Denso don't sell a filter for the pumps. Ones provided by walbro etc are too large.

Understand Now. So you are just covering the filter with the tape to keep the ground up plastic out of the filter

After 3 trips to the Toyota dealership trying to get the correct line to go around the switching valve I finally got the correct one. It's for a 38 gallon non flex fuel supply line. Part # 77209-0C140 and it cost $45.43 12/20/24
