I very surprised to see that number, the 2.0 pulley from @snivilous is a beast for the 1900 Maggie.

Madness! What RPM is your redline with the built engine? Even at 6200 rpm, with a 2.0 pulley you’re spinning that sucker about 19k rpm and Eaton quotes the max at 18k, granted people over spin them all the time. It’s probably pumping a lot of heat for greatly diminished returns at that rotor speed. You would have much cooler IATs and I bet would easily pick up 50whp from just a bigger blower! Are you gonna go E85 with it as well?

The shift point is set at 6800, the engine builder said it could go to 7100, but I don't want to push it. No E85 for me, just 93 octane.

And here I am chopping 5ft of my dual exhaust ala @reywcms to lessen backpressure to keep me in the low 12's.

Got the MAP and Wideband hooked into HP Tuner with the Prolink+. Pretty easy install, would take no time at all if you did it while installing the gauge. Well worth the $50 to have everything in one datalog. The PSB1 updates data 12 times a second, so playing with smoothing to make the lines a little easier to read.

My quick search on GM forums don't have the 1900 spinning that fast.
    Congrats @Fastlane47 and @snivilous !
I still need that 2.0 though...

I didn't realize how high the boost was until I pulled into the driveway and hit the max button. Here is a small video of one run.

I am trying to get ahead of the game for a new SC. Ordering a few gaskets, antifreeze, etc. Having an issue finding the coolant crossflow pipe gaskets. I have found the intake and fuel injector gaskets.

Hey so I know this isn’t exactly sc related, but…
I just ordered afe exhaust. My stock system is rusted to shit and I have exhaust leaks at the flanges and my resonator has a hole in it. I think extra back pressure from the blower is partly to blame (maybe). In any event, I’m likely going to have to cut off and weld on new flanges for the cat side of the “cat-back” exhaust so the flange is new and seals well with the new exhaust. Does anyone know what that part might be? I’ll probably buy two and replace both sides for the cleanest install..along with new stainless hardware to mate up the two. Thanks!

Ethenol content is rearing it's ugly head again, I'm wondering if anyone has swapped a regular ecu into a FFV truck?

I don't think that's something toyota sells separately, but if you're cutting off the flanges and welding new ones on anyway, you could just get v-bands or something like that.

Yup, I'm pretty sure it's under 5v hopefully @snivilous can verify.

~0.8V drop so she seems tits.

Next test will be how it stacks up in @Fastlane47 truck since he pegs 5V at 6000rpm yet WOT shift doesnt conclude until 6800rpm. Idk if your MAF will drop the voltage enough to keep it below 5V, but I think it will and worst case will be right on the edge instead of 1000rpm short of where we have redline.

Great!! Love the feedback, keep us in the loop!

Scaling was pretty straight forward with the voltage sheet included?
