@bmw345 Would you be willing to measure the distance between the widest part of the UCA and your tire sidewall sometime?

Side biters on the Baja boss A/T's are very aggressive. About 1 finger thickness between the tire and UCA. About 1/2-3/4 of an inch.

I have Baja Boss MT's and they rub the UCA at full turn in reverse. It is the treads on the side that touch. I missed it when I bought them but the 12.5" tire is 13" wide

@azTony Thanks. I think the Icons sit pretty flush with the spindle whereas the SPCs stick out more.

I wonder about this to, i have kings front and back that give me 2.5-3 inches, on 18 inch rims, I’m running some 33.5 inch KO2s and want to just go for 35s for my next pair, but i have had multiple people swear that no matter what i am going to have to trip or add in extra parts?? Or having to do some body mount chop plates

Killer setup man! How’s the ride quality with those 1200lb rear leafs and load range E tires? This is the direction my truck is heading

I ground the lower 5” of the pinch weld with the right angle in addition to doing a BMC plate and cutting about 1.5” off the lower body panel beneath the pinch weld. I’ve seen some folks get away with only a BMC and not address the pinch, while others grinding the pinch down at least 1’ up the wheel well. I’ll find out soon enough what’s needed for the 36.5” trail hogs…

Im running kings front and rear and went from 315-70-17 BFG KO2 to 37X12.5-17 KO2. With my +25MM offset wheels I managed to clear the Body and bumper with a little bit of heat on the plastic, you will rub in reverse on the body just a bit. I Went to +10 mm with the 37" and have the BMC and pinch weld taken care of. I still rub a tad on the BMC but I gotta get a better alignment and adjust my caster.

No, I dont rub on the daily, this weekend I sent it pretty hard and barely kissed the side of it full turn and tucked. Im debating if I really wanna take it off or not, My last truck I was long travel and removed it, had to get used to it but was fun.

I hammered over the upper portion for the 37s... the lower portion was done along with the BMC. It was all that was needed for the 295s

    Nice!

Always been a fan of the arb bumpers. How did the tie rod install go? I plan on doing the same.

Straightforward install, no problems about 2 years later. Be sure you have offset wheels per CB advisio.

Good evening yall. I'm looking for some rather specific information. I'm able to get a set of 17x9 wheels with a +12mm offset very cheap. Any experience running a similar set up on 37s? I live in Moab so I do max articulation at times here. My biggest concern is smashing the tire into the fender on articulation more then the rub. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: 3in lift on icon 3.0 and SPC upper control arms. Stock front bumper and no CMC yet.

Mine are 17x8.5 +10 and they barely rub, I’m sure with the right UCA you should be fine. I also run the Bfg so slightly smaller then a true 37
